To begin with the positives, the hotel was relatively clean. I appreciated that guests were encouraged to fetch their own water downstairs and that single-use items were avoided, that was a nice touch.
As for the downsides, firstly, the location wasn’t ideal as it was a fair distance from the station. There was no kettle in the room, so I had to use the coffee machine to make tea, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while the room was cleaned while we were out, the towels weren’t replaced.
The most frustrating part was the payment. I understand paying a €200 deposit at check-in - although considering there wasn’t even a minibar, it felt somewhat unnecessary.
What really left a bad impression, though, was being charged €30 at check-out for taxes. It’s probably my fault for not reading the booking details carefully enough in advance, but I still think something like that should have been clearly highlighted.
All in all, including the tax, it ended up being quite an expensive stay, and not a particularly pleasant one. I don’t plan to stay here again.

Good location…close to everything but far away enough to reduce too much noise and traffic. I would have liked to be able to turn off individual lights in the room. But the room was great. Sleeper sofa was very comfortable.

Thanks for making my family vacation special!
Pros:

Really helpful front desk staff, super clean and comfortable! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station, great location! A few Boulangeries within walking range. Also, away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Highly recommend !

I stayed with my boys in Voco and 💯 recommend the hotel to all .. it was safe around the hotel , and RER and Metro is 13 mins walk from the hotel .
The bus stops just 3-4 mins away and it was very convenient.
The staff is extra helpful and very friendly . They even offered to keep my luggage safe in lobby after check out, if in case I want to explore the city .

The Voco Hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff was nice to help prepare our room and get us in early. The hotel was near a metro which was very convenient for us to get around the city. There is also a few restaurant options within walking distance, and a delicious bubble tea shop right across the street. Highly recommend staying here.

The Voco was everything we had hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff who immediately wished my son a happy birthday. They were so receptive! After a long stay at Disney, we came back to the hotel room to find a beautiful welcome surprise from the staff for my son! It was absolutely wonderful! The bar was excellent as well! The bartender was very friendly and the options were endless! I will only stay at this location every time I’m in Paris!!
