Pros:

The room was clean and had enough space and amenities. Except that there was only one bed side table and it was quite far to lean down to the floor. Instead we used the desk chair. That side of the room also didn't have any plugs.

A high standard is operated at this hotel. I reported an issue the first night (outside the hotel’s control) & both the night porter & the team on reception the following day were incredibly supportive in resolving things. I will definitely use this chain again.
