Pros:

The breakfast sausage was not good and the utensils were dirty with eggs and gravy in them. I used a plastic fork to get my sausage did not eat eggs
Oily floor in our room was dirty and the tub/sink had hair in them. The hallway carpet was very dirty especially against the baseboards.

I left a gray oval pillow and a pink stuffed monkey under the cover on my bed, called and asked about em and nobody got back to me about it after being told they'd check with housekeeping. Called back today since no one called me, the lady was rude AF telling me they didn't have it. So I said "wow housekeeping straight up stole my stuff then and yall aren't gonna do anything?" She went "aight cool" and HUNG UP ON ME. -10/0 customer service

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The room. For the name plus. I didn't feel it. The furniture is all busted up. The bed is flat as heck. The windows on the room really open up? What is up with that? My screen was ripped too along with the windows were dingy. .
