Relaxing and enjoyable,weather was on our side with blue skies
Pros:

We have stayed here in the past and always found the staff friendly and helpful.
The Brrakfast is lovely as I prefer the continental options which there are a nice variety.
Location is great as we like to shop in the dolphin centre which is just next door and is not far from other seaside areas like swanage,bournemouth or Weymouth to visit while down here.

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn't check that a double bed was not available so we had to sleep in two singles.apart from that everything was fine

Pros:

Really impressive, one comment, the staff particularly Jemine was really very helpful and could not do enough for us - she will go far.

Cons:

The Coffee at breakfast was really terrible.

Very good Hotel food let’s it down slightly.

Good position, easy parking.

Cons:

Breakfast, always the same, fresh fruit was not unpacked. It may have been fresh but it’s nice to have it ready cut up and served on separate plates Some of the fruit on offer was not greasy but frozen in the first place. The scrambled eggs were frankly just tasteless, horrible. They say they have a chef, pity he/ she can’t boil of Fry eggs. This is all convenient for the hotel but not for the clients. We also had evening meal which was very expensive for just about average quality. The Staff at this hotel were very well trained and excellent at greetings and directions.
I think the food overall stops this establishment getting full marks. When staying at any hotel for more than one night it’s nice to see different things at breakfast, I will be very fair and say the overall selection of food on offer was really good.

Good clean comfy stay :
Pros:

The hotel is fine - only the food in the restaurant is not - in fact what felt like micro waved - the breakfast was better .
If staying again I’d go out for dinner .

Cons:

As above - the food - shocking apart from the breakfast which was much better.

Very noisy and uncomfortable
