Our stay was ok, it served its purpose as a base for visiting relatives but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Fairly basic. Would be nice to have a choice of eggs. One morning there were no eggs at all!!

Cons:

Bit annoyed that we had to pay extra for parking although apparently it was in the very small print.
No food available on Sunday evening except pizza as chef hadn’t turned up. Members of staff said there were places to eat in the shopping centre. Subway and KFC aren’t what we class as restaurants for an evening meal!! Ended up having to go to the old town where we had only just come from.
Could do with some drawers or shelves in the bedrooms.

Cons:

Etwas alt und abgewohnt. Frühstück nicht wirklich umfangreich - Klimaanlage im Zimmer störend laut.

Cons:

Hotel itself was good however my car was broken into overnight and several items stolen lack of empathetic when reported to receptionist who just said go to the police as we have had lots if breaking recently not what you want to hear due to this we will not be returning

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean.exceptionaly varied breakfast to suit everyone’s taste or requirements.
Easy walk into Poole itself.
