The water smelt like sewage so we couldn’t drink it or wash our teeth with it.

Great breakfast and seating outside enabling us to eat our breakfast in the sun. Large rooms, large kids bed, great value for money, clean rooms, tv, wifi. It can be hit and miss with air b and b's so we knew that we would get everything we needed with a Holiday Inn
The only downside was the distance from Sandbanks beach meant I had to drive but it was only a short 15min drive. Everything else made up for it.

Asked staff questions told different things, room (no10) wasn't to clean cobwebs on lights at side of bed stain in toilet room generally looked tired window was 2 foot away from an outdoor drinking area with children screaming and a polycarbonate wall infront so nothing to look out at

The lift took forever!
The air conditioning worked well and provided needed relief during the heatwave. The breakfast was also very good.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were stains and hairs on the bedsheet, the bathroom had hair and stains on the walls and floor, and it was generally well below the standard you would expect when you spend £350 for 2 nights.

We booked the room on booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children stating that the half board is included
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the dinner was included in the price just for the adults and not the children blaming booking.com for it. I looked everywhere to find written about this and I couldn't.
These kind of information should be stated no matter where you make the booking.
