Pros:

Giant cockroach in my room, staff tried to say it wasn't a roach. Moved me rooms at 11pm. Very disappointed. Other than the bugs and condescending night staff the facility appeared nice. Wish I could attach a photo of the cockroach.

This Location Tarnishing Chain’s Image
Pros:

Been a rewards member ~10 years and stay in various HIExpresses several times a year. There was only one working ice machine on the premises, and it took trial and error finding it. We requested a late check out 1:00 pm but were told that 12:00 would have to be the latest. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
