Excellent stay
Pros:

Everything was great during our overnight stay. Staff was helpful, room was ready at our arrival. The hotel even the room was clean. It wasn't noisy at all.

Front desk was top notch
Pros:

I was in a last minute unexpected bind while traveling with my dog. I had to quickly book my reservation online before arriving minutes later. I was helped by Irene (or her name could been Eileen, I don’t recall which)at the front desk and she went out of her way to accommodate me. She was efficient, kind and caring and I really appreciated her. She is top notch. The room was near the lobby and elevators which were initially noisy but at night it was very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, the cheese omelets seemed like they used velveeta cheese. However the fruit and yogurt offerings were good. Overall very relieved and grateful for the kind treatment I received while there with my dog.

Good Value and Location
Pros:

We started staying at the Holiday Inn Corona when my husband began his medical treatments at the City of Hope. The hotel is just off the 15 and about 5 minutes from the City of Hope facility. The rooms are clean, quiet, of a good size, and some have walk-in showers. They have an above-average breakfast, a good selection of food in the grab-n-go, and are near many restarurants that offer GrubHub delivery.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient location and the staff are nice and accomodating.
Pros:

Well maintained. The rooms smell good. The breakfast food was pretty decent for the price.

Good value for money, slept well
Pros:

Upon check-in, I was able to get a room on the West side of the hotel, away from the interstate, which was great. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I slept well and that's honestly all I care about it when staying at a hotel. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, but it was still acceptable.

Breakfast was really good too, with fresh oatmeal, fresh fruit and plenty of protein options.

I didn't use any of the amenities, but overall I would happily stay here again. Although I didn't have any issues during my stay, 5 stars seems a bit much. I would rate it 4.5 out of 5.
