Pleasant time away with kids.
Pros:

The code of conduct was well-written and enforced. Quiet hours were actually quiet. Bunk bed option with slightly separated room for kids was amazing.

Cons:

Multiple power outlets in the room didn't work consistently and a phone charging with one was damaged.

They never told us about a $50 incidentals charge that would go on our card on file!! We still have not got the money from it added back to our account and it has caused us to lose money we didn’t anticipate for. Staff was unfriendly and uncooperative In resolving this issue, and pretty much told us to just deal with it and wait. I feel it’s wrong to charge an account $50 when they haven’t purchased anything from their hotel, then take such a long time to put it back on the card! The water slide was also only open till 12pm on Sunday, which when I booked our tickets was told it was open for sat and Sunday!! So we didn’t get to use the full 2 days that we paid for! I will not be coming back to this hotel and strongly discourage anyone from booking with them!!!

Comfortable, quiet, but disappointing breakfast

The misleading of breakfast. It was a mediocre buffet when we would have liked to order off the menu that’s hung up in the elevator. The buffet certainly isn’t worth the price paid for it.
