Don’t stay here

They never told us about a $50 incidentals charge that would go on our card on file!! We still have not got the money from it added back to our account and it has caused us to lose money we didn’t anticipate for. Staff was unfriendly and uncooperative In resolving this issue, and pretty much told us to just deal with it and wait. I feel it’s wrong to charge an account $50 when they haven’t purchased anything from their hotel, then take such a long time to put it back on the card! The water slide was also only open till 12pm on Sunday, which when I booked our tickets was told it was open for sat and Sunday!! So we didn’t get to use the full 2 days that we paid for! I will not be coming back to this hotel and strongly discourage anyone from booking with them!!!

Comfortable, quiet, but disappointing breakfast

The misleading of breakfast. It was a mediocre buffet when we would have liked to order off the menu that’s hung up in the elevator. The buffet certainly isn’t worth the price paid for it.

Pros:

I absolutely loved how Mckayla took care of our reservation! She made our stay the best it could be! The hotel was spectacular and the water park was amazing!

Cons:

Upon arrival there was someone at the desk that wasn't nice to speak with but thankfully Mckayla handled everything and made our stay so wonderful! I couldn't be more impressed with her thoughtless and accommodating attitude!

It was wonderful and the staff needs a raise

THE BREAKFAST WAS SO SO SO VERY GOOD KEEP THE REAL THICK BACON PLEASE IT WAS DELICIOUS CLEAN AND WE HAD A Variety of items IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were children splashing in the hot tub I think that are should strictly be for adults the pool area is already for the children at least the parents can relax while the children have fun also

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they let little kids in the hot tub they were doing flips unaccompanied by parents and when the parents were there they let them jump in and slash other adults

Family-friendly hotel. Every member of their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Dining service was a great option and delicious. The waterpark was a lot of fun - something for everyone! Love the decor and theme carried throughout the pool area - hot tub is huge and caters to adults and kids which is great. The room is nicely sized with the bunk bed alcove perfect for the kids. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will definitely return.
