Was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was a smell of the swimming pool chlorine throughout the hotel, particularly on the lobby level and on our floor either the same chlorine odor or strong smell of cleaning/bleach in the hallway and our room.

Very good except for the pool
Pros:

The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The main problem we encountered during our stay was the overwhelming smell of chemicals in the pool area. My grandson and his friend both got sick, throwing up, and had to leave the pool. I think it was very dangerous for anyone to be in that area..

Beds were super comfy, room was gorgeous.

Cons:

It was not cleaned well. Random hairs around the bathroom and around the coffee pot area, the tables were sticky, the tub and shower walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there was still old food left in the freezer from a previous guest.

The gentleman the night we checked in was not very informative. Very vague on telling us where to go.

its was very nice room and clean, i love the walk-in shower and not a nasty bathtub. it was very stay with you guys

Cons:

breakfast stuff could not keep up with food to serve everyone, and the breakfast was not very good. it also needs for room for guest to sit down and eat.

Location near airport

Cons:

Because I used bookings they want to put you in the handicap rooms as they are cheaper according to desk clerk. The shower had mold and my family was on 2 different floors until we stated the mold would get her sick and they moved her 5 doors down the hall. Won’t stay or book again

I would not stay here again… too loud and doesn’t accommodate those with mobility issues.

Great staff cheerful and helpful as could be possible.

Cons:

We got an ADA room and the bed was too high to access and the tub wall too high to step over. The room was excessively noisy could hear people walk and cough next door. Water sounds were epic!

Nice stay nice sitting/food area good breakfast missed a waffle machine

Rooms very nice long area and comfy beds

Cons:

We were across from pool high chlorine smell in room guess they had just cleaned and refurbished chlorine for wknd. Caused coughing when I got home
Pool and hot tub looked inviting we didn’t bring suits
