ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO ROOM SERVICE FOR STAYS LESS THAN 7 Days
Pros:

Lousy hotel, lousy unprofessional management. Room wasn’t serviced two days in a row! Asked owner/manager in the morning to have my room serviced, that I was a diamond, and he said they don’t service rooms for less than 7 days stay. It wasn’t serviced again today

It is next to the airport

Cons:

Absolutely bare bones. I could hear everything through the hallway door and from the room above, which made it hard to sleep. The heater was also loud and right next to the bed.

Disappoint,
Pros:

This was not our first stay here.
In the past the hotel offered a shuttle within a 5 ?mile
Hotel,
When I arrived , nobody was at the front desk.
I waited for 5/6 minutes.


AC was not working very well.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable motel near airport with excellent breakfast.

Cons:

no electrical outlets near the desk so devices have to be plugged in by the bed.

The employees were very pleasant and the room was clean except for the chair I stayed in all night.
Pros:

1st floor room, clean and check-in clerk was very personable.

Cons:

Individual(s) in the room above was/were pacing back and forth all night. Our room was by public bathrooms, housekeeping room, and maintenance room which was very loud for travelers that arrived at 10pm and awake at 3:30 for flight. Request prior to check-in for recliner or chair with ottoman due to injury was not accommodated.

Food was good. Area was clean and conveniently close to my room.

I won't lie; I was hoping for one of those waffle makers, instead of pancakes. ;)

The shuttle service was worth the price!
Pros:

The shuttle driver was excellent. He was friendly and prompt.i checked in and took my car back to the car rental. He picked me up in 10 minutes of calling. The next morning I had to leave at by 330 and I came downstairs at 320 and he took me to the airport.

Cons:

Musty smell, and the heating/cooling unit did not work well.

Probably the best place you can stay near Syracuse airport, but really mediocre overall.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.
