Nice hotel to stay at.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and good, staff was great, inside and outside the hotel was clean.

Cons:

Room needed to be vacuumed.

The room again was comfy , it served its purpose perfectly. I the staff seemed friend and helpful.
Pros:

The property itself was clean. The breakfast was great. The bed was clean. My only issue was with the bathroom. There was long strands of hair and the bottle seemed to be a bit dirty. I took one of the extra rags and cleaner I bring with me in the event things need a little sprucing up. And wiped it down to make me feel better before showering. For the price , I would’ve preferred not to have to do anything extra.

Cons:

I arrived via Amtrak , and wasn’t able to be picked up by the shuttle.

great place to stay after flying in late
Pros:

Arrived in Syracuse at 11:15pm on late flight. We took a rental car to the hotel and the hotel also has a shuttle. It is like a 5 min car ride from the terminal. It is right off I-81 which is awesome. The signage off the road was poor to find it even with GPS. Just keep that in mind. The room was great and quiet. The check in staff was very nice. Only one issue in the morning. The free breakfast ends at 9:30am. We got there at 9:10am. Some of the hot food was gone. Another guest asked what I was thinking. "Can we get more food made?" The attendant said, "I can make more if you really want it?" Making it seem like it was going to be an inconvenience to do his job. It's not like we walked down to get food at 9:28am, just make more food for the late eating crowd. Otherwise this hotel is fine.

Pros:

The staff and the cleanliness is great. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Cons:

The price of the room on this visit was a little steep but things in town at the time caused that.
