The employees were very pleasant and the room was clean except for the chair I stayed in all night.
Pros:

1st floor room, clean and check-in clerk was very personable.

Cons:

Individual(s) in the room above was/were pacing back and forth all night. Our room was by public bathrooms, housekeeping room, and maintenance room which was very loud for travelers that arrived at 10pm and awake at 3:30 for flight. Request prior to check-in for recliner or chair with ottoman due to injury was not accommodated.

Food was good. Area was clean and conveniently close to my room.

Cons:

I won't lie; I was hoping for one of those waffle makers, instead of pancakes. ;)

The shuttle service was worth the price!
Pros:

The shuttle driver was excellent. He was friendly and prompt.i checked in and took my car back to the car rental. He picked me up in 10 minutes of calling. The next morning I had to leave at by 330 and I came downstairs at 320 and he took me to the airport.

Cons:

Musty smell, and the heating/cooling unit did not work well.

Probably the best place you can stay near Syracuse airport, but really mediocre overall.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Shower was dirty and didn’t drain.

Facilities are nice but customer service needs improvement.

Clean and offered good amenities.

Cons:

Outdoor lobby speakers were right outside bedroom windows. Initially staff refused to turn them down until 2am upon second request. Hotel quiet hours are not enforced and rooms do not limit sound at all. Beds are extremely hard. Continental breakfast had a lot of "broken" equipment - ie staff saying "I don't want to figure that out." Customer service of staff was severely lacking.

Overall a good hotel. I will use again.
Pros:

The room was nice and cool; floors clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great to have a shuttle service to the airport.

Cons:

While taking a shower, the shower floor filled with water. I got out and popped up the drain cover- a long metal drain over the actual drain- and discovered LOADS of black hair clogging the drain. (My hair is gray, so not mine.) obviously, the bathroom was not cleaned well.

The staff was nice and probably did their best but the place needs attention.

There was an ant infestation in my room. They were out of a few things that were inconvenient to the guests like the pancake machine wasn’t working, no lids for the coffee cups, etc.
