Pool was dirty, room had goldfish from previous stay in the floor, bathtub was not clean and had hair stuck on the sides

Will not be returning, terrible customer service.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t helpful, the front desk employee just repeated “I apologize” to everything instead of listening and trying to help. I had gotten written approval days prior to our stay for early check in, 2pm to be exact. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 4pm. It was a very frustrating start to our trip.

I highly recommend!
Pros:

Convenient, very clean, spacious. Cleaning staff showed extra care with pretty towel and kleenex decorations.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a little more counter space for our bags, etc

It was handy for an overnight during our travels.
At first I was concerned with being close to the airport but no problem as it was quiet from

Just what we needed
Pros:

The location was great for our flight out of ICT. The beds were comfy, staff was friendly and helpful even with our super late arrival. We paid a small fee to keep our car there while out of town and they had our airport shuttle ready and waiting with a warmed vehicle before the time we requested.

No complaints.
