Bed is hard
Pros:

Is was fine except the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on a board. Woke the next morning with a stiff back.

The room was clean and breakfast staff was nice

Cons:

I wanted to report that the ceiling appeared to be cracked, as if there had been a leak. It was in the bathroom, and it looked like it had been there for quite some time. Considering the price I’m paying, I was disappointed with the condition of the room.

The rooms ac was extremely loud that it was impossible to sleep.

There is a strip club right next to the hotel so at night it got pretty loud.

Great Stay
Pros:

I stayed here while visiting Tanganyika Wildlife Park, and it was a great choice. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast each morning was good, and the front desk staff Victor was very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Great stopping place
Pros:

Stayed here after my flight was canceled and had to wait a day. Good service overall. No major issues, hotel was kept nice, staff were friendly.

Great Service and location.
Pros:

Exellent customer service, everyone was extremely friendly. Room was everything I needed, though the TV's could use being renewed. Also great being so close to the airport and many restaurants. Went to Meddies for lunch and it was great.

Will not be returning, terrible customer service.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t helpful, the front desk employee just repeated “I apologize” to everything instead of listening and trying to help. I had gotten written approval days prior to our stay for early check in, 2pm to be exact. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 4pm. It was a very frustrating start to our trip.

I highly recommend!
Pros:

Convenient, very clean, spacious. Cleaning staff showed extra care with pretty towel and kleenex decorations.

It would have been nice to have a little more counter space for our bags, etc
