Breakfast was gross. Stains on chase lounge in room. Floors with stains.

The indoor swimming pool was full of bugs and was green. There was a dead roach in my cereal this morning. Rooms didn’t have a hair dryer, tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work, so had to go tell them their phones didn’t work and a Hair dryer was needed in the room. The room had a weird smell to it. The beds were super comfortable though, that’s the best part about the stay.

No issues with safety. Breakfast was good.

some type of tiny flying bug in bathroom. Captured one to provide to front desk staff. Bathroom needs a deep clean.

TV remote did not work. They replaced but when they left the new one still did not work.

Double layer window shades would be better. Given the current shade was all or none. A sheer curtain would allow for light in but the whole window did not need to be completely exposed.

Room door appeared to have been recently broken into. Door has recent repairs and there were shoe scuff marks along door and frame. Also, key lock and safe did not work properly. The sinks were not draining and TV remote barely functioned. I paid close to two hundred for an overnight stay. All was reported to staff and response was ,"sorry for the inconvenience". I am extremely disappointed.

Check in was a breeze and the room was clean, spacious and updated.

The lighting in the room was poor and the room size seemed cramped. Staff was excellent and room was clean.

We check in like nothing is wrong, only to go to the room we were given and find that it is already occupied! Straight up walked in on another guest.

Went back, got a new room and a barely there apology, but there is garbage in the cans and a dirty towel on the sink. We decide to let it go, the beds are clean and its only one night, but we noted this.

Then one of us goes downstairs to get our stuff outside of the car. There is a woman with two preteens heading to the pool. By the time the stuff is out of the car they have been kicked from the pool because the kids (who are now understably crying) were laughing "too loud "at 7:30pm on a Saturday.

The amenities in the room also do not work correctly. The TV only show that there is no signal, and the wifi code we were given was near illegible and lead to a loading screen that never progressed.

We have not even made it to breakfast yet and I can tell you this place is terrible. Do not stay here.

This was a nice facility along Route 66.

Paid for upgraded room with separate tv to watch game. That TV did not power on and no remote. Second TV, direct TV had no signal. Spa did not work, pool was dirty. On the positive staff friendly...

When I checked in the clerk was rude and never said anything about the free breakfast so I didn’t know about it until I checked out

The hotel was relatively new and as such pretty nice as would be expected from HIE. A little pricey but still cheaper than next door. Service was friendly, but seemed rushed and left off a number of things to tell us. Also, noticed throughout the night sketchy folks outside and around the hotel prompting me to check on our vehicle periodically.

The breakfast options were pretty good. I would’ve liked to have seen a more attractive coffee amenity section. I literally FORGOT to drink coffee this morning & I NEVER forget about coffee. I even brought 3 coffee protein drinks & left them in the fridge in the room. When I started having trouble nodding off while driving to Arizona - I realized I’d had no coffee yet! Just water. Otherwise, everything else went well!

It was quiet

Clean hotel. Was a one night stay into our final destination. Friendly staff, clean, safe, and beds slept good!

The door would not close tightly. The bath shower was in a tub. Unsafe.

We were very happy with everything at this hotel. Everything looked brand new, everything in the room worked, the bed was comfortable and the room was large.
Breakfast was great and there was plenty. No fake eggs, the real deal. Staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. It appeared to us to be the best in town.
