Pros:

When I walked in it smelled so clean! The lobby, the hallways, and our room smelled clean clean clean.
And the breakfast options were some of the best i have seen. You also had to use you room key to move the elevator which I appreciated and gave us and extra sense of security. Will definitely be our go to stay next time we are in the area.

Cons:

There wasnt anything I didnt like.

The staff was amazing Karen, that does the hot breakfast.She was delightful and very helpful in the morning.They let us do a late checkout cause it was our 33 yr anniversary definitely recommend this holiday inn

Restful.
Pros:

Friendly staff.
Good coffee available 24 hours, ground and brewed fresh. I need coffee first thing in the morning, I was able to take a cup up with me at night and reheat in the morning before I left the room.
I am paranoid about bedbugs, I saw absolutely no sign of any insects anywhere.
Fitness room.

Cons:

The pancake machine looked like a good idea, kind of fun. But the results had the texture of Play-Doh.

Close to the ones I needed to be close too and the hotel is very quiet. They also keep it very clean. Always smells good. Staff is very friendly.
