Pros:

I ordered a southwest salad to take to my room and was very pleased with the food and service. The hostess was so pleasant and friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was a great meal. It had Romain lettuce and fresh avocado. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I also appreciate the paper they put between the salad and styrofoam takeout container. Thank you Claire and Jesse. You made my stay more pleasant.

Pros:

Our stay has been great. But the morning restaurant staff has been exceptional. The food is great but the service is even better. The staff is personable and attentive, especially the server Claire and manager Andrell. They made my mother and feel at home.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The room was huge, very clean, and well stocked. Staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

My complaint isn't with the hotel its with booking.com. The olny reason i chose this hotel was because it was listed as having a hot tub. It does not! When i asked the hotel about this they said they have this problem alot with booking.com. They said they also have them listed as being a pet friendly hotel when they are not. They stated they have asked them to correct the listing but they haven't. I would highly suggest calling the hotel to ask about amenities before booking.

Cons:

The breakfast used to be included with a stay and it was free. Now it’s a totally separate charge. Thats may change me ever staying at a Holiday Inn ever again after this.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Holiday Inn Valdosta is a great place to stay. I visit it for a business trip and was a good choice. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. Claire, for example, was and excellent waitress, happy and focused on details.

Lovely breakfast!
Pros:

Went to have breakfast with my son. Food was hot, dining area was CLEAN, service was excellent! Our server, Claire, was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my son enjoyed his breakfast. Give this girl a raise!
