The fries Mr. Jessie prepared were the best ever. Our hamburger was also very good. The meal was also enhanced by our server, Claire.

Good location, large room, quiet and decent value!
Pros:

Location off 75 made it quieter than most, staff was very friendly, room was large, shower was hot, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Only issue was that the air conditioner was loud and too close to the bed so we ended up turning it off and just used the fan mode.

Pros:

Karissa, mixologist, was fun and positively engaging. She knew the menu and the cook as they had worked together for years. The wings were great as was their Southwest salad.

Hotel experience
Pros:

The hospitality at this hotel cannot be beat. Literally every single person that works here has been more than helpful , and so friendly and down to earth. That is hard to come by when traveling. Dee and the other housekeepers went beyond to help our family. The breakfast staff and check in staff were all so friendly and kind. They all deserve to have a raise! Praying for each of them and the Lord to bless them.

From the moment we checked in until the day we left, our stay was exceptional! A huge thank you to the dynamic duo at the front desk, Tamiah and Tyrese. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. They truly set the standard for outstanding customer service.
The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing after a long day. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations.
