Pros:

We had issues with our hot water not working, they immediately checked it and changed our rooms

Will not stay in this hotel again.
Cons:

Staying in type of room requested. Requested 2 queen beds but was told that request is not guaranteed due to using Booking.com. Shower needed update, the handle was stripped, so had to use pressure and turn handle for hot water. Breakfast options were the same both days we were there. No answer at front desk when we had to call for extra towels.

Pros:

The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly. My bed was comfortable overall the place looked clean.

Cons:

There were dirty Q-tips in the trashcan in my bathroom. The swimming pool heater was not working and it looked very dirty. It had a sign on it saying it was out of order, but the kids could swim. It just didn’t have heat.

Nice and clean! Nice Staff but Pool and hot tub closed
Pros:

Room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure was good.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were closed and there was no notification of that until we arrived. This was very upsetting for my kids.

Cons:

Few lamps where not working, shower was dirty with looks like water stains or something and one of the shelves was missing,also blow dryer was out of order wires were coming out wall...and water was freezing no warm or hot water...the toilet paper was not changes out was more then half used... sheets covers on bed looked really stained and wore out...just very not pleased.
