Initially, the property looked fairly new and clean.

We were disappointed that the breakfast was a $12 charge.

The elevators were slow.

The room was relatively clean except the blanket had food crumbs from the last occupant, the white grout was stained dark grey or black. There were dark stains in the bottom of the tub. The shower curtain was hung wrong so that it wouldn't slide closed.

While we finally got the AC to stop, we couldn't get the heater to come on.

Pros:

This hotel is disgusting. Everything is dirty and old. Floors are filthy and sticky in the bathroom. Window coverings had a rip and some sort of sauce or something smeared on it. Sheets were stained. The TV was broken.

The hotel in room were nice. However, the door would not close, but the staff did upgrade us to a suite since the hotel was full. The pool was nice however there was so much chlorine in the water. It was cloudy and literally burns your eyes. It also left a white skim on your skin once you got out of the water.

Pros:

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The door wouldn't close or lock, so I had to pile furniture against it to keep it shut. The front desk refused to provide a different room, and there was a family reunion taking place, with kids screaming in the hallway for most of the night. To make matters worse, they charged an extra $56 for reasons I still don't understand.
