Staff were very friendly and helpful. . It would be nice to have a hot tub for those of us who are older.

Cons:

The only issues were the gym was down for maintenance and the pool.was a little cool. Also, I know there is no room.service but having a menu in the room would be good so peole know what is availablein the facility. . I would also recommend you have a channel.guide .

Aaron needs to smile and be more welcoming. The A/C was loud in the room - mini refrigerator was loud - toilet seat was loose - bed was uncomfortable - and we had to pay for breakfast ??

Bathtubs seemed old and discolored. No towel racks. Very short toilet. Hard for elderly to sit so far down.

This is not what we are used to with Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Not really anything about this place makes it a place that I would say I liked the bad overshadowed any good.

Cons:

First, our 4 year old found a pill wrapped in a wash cloth in the bathroom. Second, the room we had was above the entrance to the hotel which also serves as the smoking area for the bar. People were out talking, laughing and yelling until 3am which could be heard in our room. Third, night stand set up next to right side of bed has clock in it. It has an outlet on it. It has a power cord on it, but nowhere to plug in. Fourth, Refrigerator was not cleaned out from previous stay. Will wrap up with no hot water. Luke warm is the best I could get the water to run for a shower. There were other things and at this price you expect something better.
