Terrible stay
Pros:

Terrible experience. We changed our reservation to a day earlier for one night and Moya confirmed we err good to go. When we showed up she was high as a kite, red eyes and the front desk reaked. We had no reservation for that night, only the original night. They found us a room. She up charged us from $180 to $240. When we wanted sheets for the pull out she told us we had to come down and get them, no one would bring them up. We talked to the manager Jason who came up and gave us sheets. When they found that the tv didn’t work he said he’s give us the original rate of $180. Our bill online says $200 after tax but our credit card was charged $356 and no one will answer the phone today. It’s been ringing for 15 min now. Don’t waste your time staying here.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, comfortable room.

Cons:

No ice maker on 2nd floor. Have you pay for breakfast. Front desk attendant stayed out of sight.

Not coming back
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Vomit at the front entrance and nobody cleaning it. No notice that breakfast required a special voucher, loud people making a ruckus in the hall past midnight, people using the ice machine to fill ice chests at 4 am, long periods with no one at the front desk, a tub in my handicapped room, slippery tub with no floor mat, shower head controls frozen with crust, I could say more.

Pros:

The staff member had to call a manager for everything I asked, the security guard outside checking parking was so unfriendly, and paying for breakfast is ridiculous.
