We did not get to stay and staff was unprofessional.
Pros:

The location would have great if they would have honored the changed reservation.

Cons:

The staff had agreed to change a reservation on a prior date. When we arrived the front desk manager said we did not have a reservation and advised to bad. We called Booking . Com the called to hotel and gave them the agreed upon reservation change front desk manger would not honor the reservation. Which left us without a place to stay at 7 pm.

Not happy
Pros:

Staff was very nice

Cons:

First, they charged a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Second, the room was decent, but the bed spreads were dirty, walls had markings all over them and one looked like they wiped a burger on the wall next to the bed and bathroom door was badly scratched up and the bath tub would not drain so you stood in most likelyother people'sdirty water. Also, the tub stopper was pulled out.. The breakfast was so so, but the scrambled eggs were horrible. The hot tub water looked very murkey.There was more but enough for now.

It's expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The breakfast attendant brought a muffin to our table for my son when she noticed they were out and he was asking for one.

Cons:

The remote/TV wasn't working in the bedroom half the time like the motel was having signal issues. I couldn't get internet to my laptop either even though I've used it there before. The door wouldn't close to our bedroom, my husband had to lift it up to get it to latch.
