Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Franklin-Oil City by IHG

They had a healty option for breakfast: egg white veggie omlets and turkey sausage. Much appreciated.

All excellent!

This hotel was conveniently located and clean enough. One of the employees who served the complimentary breakfast was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. However, our room was on the first floor right around the corner from the lobby, which was not a good location within the hotel. We could hear conversations echoing from the lobby, which included the sounds of children running and screaming until midnight one night. Maybe other floors within the hotel would be better but we will not return to find out.

Clean and convenient.

Clean, updated hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated all of our requests including turning up the pool heat! Only dislike was no on site cleaning crew which means you have to request clean towels and trash removal. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly & professional

Nice room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was as expected. They do have a pool and fitness center but I didn't use either as our visit was to see family. Accessibility was important, as I am mobility challenged, but everything was very accommodating. This hotel is near shopping and dining.

Nice looking

Staff was very nice but did not understand them running the desk and putting out breakfast. Pool was very cold I let them know and they were going to check on it.

My stay at the Holiday Inn express was excellent. Very nice staff. Room was beautiful. Very comfortable clean. The bed was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

It's refreshing to walk into a hotel that's very clean and staffed by helpful and friendly people. Every question we had was answered. They went out of their way to help us. The lobby and room were both clean, bright, and spacious. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

Clean & nice staff. Close to wedding venue.

The most accommodating and friendly staff we have ever ran into. We do a lot of traveling with our race team and the staff was absolutely amazing can not say enough. Facility is very clean. Nice hot breakfast.

Located close to some restaurants and shopping and close to Franklin and Oil City attractions and dining . Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with comfortable beds . The breakfast offering was better than you might expect. The room has a small microwave and refrigerator . An affordable comfortable stay.

We loved our stay. We had the suites and they were fantastic. Very roomy and comfortable! Great breakfast also, lots of options! The only thing that I could fault would be the shower curtain needed to be replaced, which I told the front desk when I checked out.

The staff were wonderful, friendly & helpful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. There is a nice clean pool and a gym. They also have a very nice breakfast area with a great selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
