Great stay good value
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast was good. The pool could have been warmer, but that’s it - we had a great stay at the hotel.

Friendly, courteous staff, spacious queen suite, and nice variety of both hot and cold breakfast items.

Cons:

Did not realize the hotel was directly adjacent to a Walmart, and semi truck parking lot, so at times it was a bit noisy. Otherwise would have given a higher score.

El colchón y la cama de nuestra habitación estaba completamente inservible, lo cual hizo que nuestra estadía no sea la mejor, para un hotel como este y por el precio que pagamos no justifica precio y calidad. El colchón estaba viejo, formándose dos grandes espacios que dividía a la cama y podías sentir que te estabas hundiendo a mitad de la noche, no descansamos nada, y la verdad esperábamos que el hotel reconociera lo acontecido, por la hora que llegamos no solicitamos cambio de habitación porque estábamos muy cansados, además de que nos dimos cuenta de las condiciones del colchón a mitad de la noche. A la mañana siguiente, la persona de recepción nos dijo que disculpas y que nos iban a dar un descuento de $25 más taxes ( lo cual nunca se hizo) adicional de que todas las personas del call center solo nos indicaron parte del proceso pero una nunca una solución certera.

It was enjoyable but I don’t know that I’d stay there

Cons:

Staff when I checked in didn’t seem to care. They had struggled to “check me in” went to check out and the gentleman I dealt with very nice guy had told me they never checked in and also HAD ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER….got told they were aware but didn’t seem to care

Walls so thin we could hear the couple next door talking and being intimate, and kids running back and forth overhead at midnight.

We had a nice stay over all it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and good .
Pros:

Breakfast was very good .I thought it should have opened up at 6:00 in stead of 7:00 .When we travel we like to get a early start back on the road .

Cons:

Had to go down to the dest twice to get information on how to work the TV .There was no information to help in the room .pool hours were not listed in the room either.

Requested first floor and that was granted. Big breakfast. Comfy beds. Clean. Great shower. Plenty of room.

Cons:

Our room smelled like dog. The drain was broke in shower. The TV was small.
