The room was clean, pool was not
Pros:

The staff was friendly upon check in. The room was nice and clean. The pool was disgusting. We found what appeared to be feces in the pool, and also found a used bandaid in the hot tub. We’ve always had great experiences staying at various Holiday Inn locations, so this was extremely disappointing.

Great experience all around
Pros:

It was a busy weekend, the hotel remained clean and quiet. The staff were amazing and helpful!

Pros:

It was great the room was clean when I got there.

Cons:

It was very busy. I had a terrible sleep. People taking in the hallways and closing doors all hours of the night.

I could smell exhaust in my room

My room did not get cleaned and no beds made during my two day stay.
