It was okay, but I won’t stay there again.
Pros:

The ladies that were in the breakfast area were very nice and kept the breakfast area nice.

location. staff at desk was friendly.

the bed was not great and the pillows were awful.

also my husband left his rope bracelets in the room accidentally. called that night left detailed instruction on what they looked like and where they were. said nothing in lost and found but would check with staff in morning. called back in the morning and nothing. extremely upset as one had a pic of his grandparents who have passed. Not worth anything to anyone but him. Why would anyone want to wear someone else’s grandparents? none were worth a lot of money only sentimental value.

The night shift lady was amazing and helpful,so was our housekeeper! The day shift was not very friendly at all

Cons:

We had nats in the bathroom and when they came in to clean, it didn't even look like they cleaned the bathroom! We had 5 people staying and so you would think they would give 5 towels and 5 wash clothes but nope had to always go get 2 extra each time and they would ask my room number...and we would come back to the room and they messed with the temperature of the room 😕

Cheated at Holiday Inn express in White House
Cons:

booked room with Bookings.com and the price of the room was significantly more than i agreed to and price went up ! Very unhappy with Booking.com as i feel they cheated me and the Holiday Inn Express allowed it!

Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times on our way to Kentucky. In December we noticed it was t as clean as previous visits. This visit last night was no better. The bathroom door was falling apart, the rooms TV isn’t even hooked up (said it needed a cable), the A/C wasn’t working properly. Had to keep the fan running all the time. I believe this hotel has been sold and the new owners are not taking care of it. Sad. We always enjoyed this location in the past with good dining just down the road. Time for a new location for us.
