Będę bardzo miło wspominać ten weekend.
Pros:

Pobyt minął mi bardzo przyjemnie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Strefa spa spełniała moje potrzeby. Bardzo bogate menu śniadaniowe, pyszne śniadania. Piękne otoczenie hotelu. Serdecznie polecam.

Miła i kompetentna obsługa. Wszędzie bardzo czysto. Dobrej jakości bielizna pościelowa.

Lokalizacja, strefa relaksu - sauny i baseny, okolice hotelu to także piękne rejony.

Cons:

Napiwek jest przywilejem zadowolonego klienta. Doliczanie opłaty za obsługę w restauracji poskutkuje za chwilę doliczeniem opłaty za przejście chodnikiem, korzystaniem z windy itp.
Rano brakowało ciepłej wody ale problem ten został szybko rozwiązany.

Ottima struttura non eccessivamente distante da Varsavia.
Pros:

Posizione abbastanza comoda. Struttura accogliente e personale gentile. Ristorante di buon livello. Ottima colazione. Pulizia e quiete impeccabili.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na oddaloną lokalizację od centrum Warszawy, ze względu na okolice lasu, ze względu na plan relaksu o poranku w strefie spa, a otrzymaliśmy…
-zimna woda w pokoju, nie dało się w ogóle wykąpać!!!! A na zewnątrz zima… zarówno wieczorem jak i rano następnego dnia…
-basen otwarty od 8, byliśmy tam 8:40 i działa tylko łaźnia parowa, jak weszliśmy do niej to dopiero włączono suchą, wcześniej w ogóle nie została uruchomiona nie wiadomo czemu skoro była sprawna.
-kolejny raz zimna woda w przebieralni pod prysznicem.
-zimna woda w jacuzzi, dosłownie była lodowata. Do basenu już wcale nie weszliśmy.
-czystość bardzo średnia, na basenie śmierdziało grzybem, pościel mieliśmy pobrudzona i szlafroku także…
-przy wymeldowaniu nikt nie zapytał o auto, więc nie wiedzieliśmy jak funkcjonuje parking, trzeba było zapłacić na wyjeździe kartą. Uważam że przy takim terenie parking powinien już być za darmo dla gości, ale to już moja opinia.
Na szczęście nie jedliśmy śniadania bo podejrzewam że byłoby poziomem podobnie co cały hotel, który zresztą jest ogromny i ma ogromny potencjał ale totalnie wszystko zaniedbane.
