There is no valet parking. Room A/c was not working which was attended in the late night 2 PM. Not able to turn off

يجب فتح الفندق عند الانتهاء من الصيانه لانه مكان لايعطيني انطباع انني سائح في دبي ارجوا مراعاة النزلاء وتوفير احتياجاتهم

موقع المكان وتعاون الموظفين في الفتره الصباحيه والمسائيه

عدم توفر عاملين لاخذ الشنط
عدم توفر ترولي لرفع الملابس المتعلقه
عدم توفر عامل لاخذ الشنط للغرفة
عدم توفر ثلاجه بارده للماء
في الطابق الرابع روائح سيئة جدا كان لابد اغلاق الطابق ولا يتم فتحة حتى تعديل المشكله
في الطابق الرابع حيث سكنت كانت اعمال صيانه كبيره والخشب مرمي في الارض وكان لا يصلح لفتحه لنزلاء جدد في الفندق
