The two girls working at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The people in the room above us were walking very loud until early in the morning( not the staffs fault) how could they know that Bigfoot had checked in.

Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff on check-in were very professional and even though there was a problem with the reservation your staff handled it extremely well and made it all work out just fine. The location served us very well and I would have to say that I would come back again if only to sleep in the beds. The beds were like clouds! Superb!

Cons:

I like my coffee a little stronger but that is a small problem and not one I would worry about.

I think the breakfast was quite nice, and the quality of service from the employees was acceptable.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service when I got checked in. The time for breakfast was much shorter than I thought.

Pros:

Honestly the check-in process at this hotel was probably one of the easiest check-ins that I've ever had, the hotel is easy to get to and was pretty close to the venue that we were attending. Rooms were super clean and it was actually pretty quiet at the hotel couldn't really hear your neighbors. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning and had a pretty good variety of options check out was just as simple. I didn't really get a chance to check out the pool or the weight room but this was overall a good stay.

Very professional. I felt welcome.
Pros:

I recently stayed here with my wife. The reception desk was very professional. I felt welcome. The room was clean. There was an iron and hair dryer in the room.

There was a Keurig coffee maker that did not work. They did have fresh coffee and complimentary breakfast downstairs in the lobby. Free parking, swimming pool, and gym.
