Pros:

I stayed at the Holiday Inn located at 21 Schuyler Blvd, Fishkill, NY 12524 from November 4 through November 21, 2025. I checked out on the morning of November 21 at approximately 5:51 AM. Because I was rushing to work, I did not review the receipt at that exact moment.

Later, when I reviewed my charges, I discovered that the hotel had billed me for an additional night and a no-show charge for another night—both of which are completely incorrect. When I contacted the hotel with my receipt for proof, the receipt given was tied to a guest name that is not mine.

I reached out to management in good faith, expecting a simple correction for what is clearly a hotel error. Instead, the hotel has refused to cooperate or resolve the issue, despite being presented with documentation.

This situation reflects poor billing practices and unacceptable customer service. Guests should not have to fight to correct mistakes caused by hotel staff. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here carefully review all charges immediately at checkout to avoid dealing with what I am now experiencing.

Until this matter is resolved properly, I cannot recommend this property.

Front desk young woman was excellent. Very helpful. Toom very nice and clean. Ice machine on thirt floor is broken. Breakfast was very good.

Passing through on a road trip, our family chose to spend a night here - and were very impressed. The layout of the rooms is exceedingly comfortable - attention to modern details that we found very unique. (Mag charger for our phones, high tech desk lamps, convenient ledges and cubbies for our belongings). The beds were top notch in comfort. The hot breakfast was very satisfying - complete with a fresh ground and brewed cup of coffee to order.

The staff on multiple occasions graciously tended to our needs and made us feel welcome.

I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a very comfortable and pleasant stop - a great value for the amount we paid!

We checked in early and the gentleman went out of his way to make sure we could get into our room early. He even noticed I was travelling with two other people and changed my room so I could have two beds instead of a king and a sofa bed.

Everyone was super friendly at checkin and check out. Room was beautiful and clean! The bed was so comfy and I slept like a baby with the A/C on blast. The breakfast was delicious! No complaints at all. Took a walk to the gas station, and the cops were so friendly and down to earth! I felt like I was in a very safe place!
