Nabours on our floor left there nine year old and one younger kid alone in the room that thought the hotel was their own playground.
Phoned the lobby and within 20 minits never herd a sound from them. So they obviously take care of their customers complai to.
It was easily accessible and great for having children
The rocks on the pool floor were a little hard to walk on, but otherwise it was great

It’s a nice location for coming close to the city for an early flight. The value is amazing for the facility - comfy beds and great breakfast. I’ll stay here again and again.
Have stayed here a few times. Clean, staff is nice but they still serve the "industrial" continental breakfast.
Clean and comfy
It was all good, hands down
The room was very comfortable: excellent mattress and pillows, roomy bathroom, lots of towels daily, the shower was great, lots of parking, and excellent location in Strathmore. The breakfast was excellent: cereals, breads, fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes.
There was never any staff at the desk. I had to phone from the lobby to get someone to come to the desk. My room came with 4 hangers in the closet. I asked for 4 more and was told they didn't have any extra and each room only came with 4. The ice machine on my floor was out of order for the 5 nights I was there. My bed was never made by the cleaning staff and the bathroom vanity and sink were not cleaned daily.
Comfortable, check-in and check-out staff were nice.
At check-in I was put in a double doors entry to the next room.
I called front desk to switch me to a regular room without the double doors entrance to the next room. I will not stay in this type of room, due to safety reasons.
I did not like the few left over bread in their separate bags rolled up and all put in the bread compartment. No juice nor coffee visible.
Air-conditioning! And the price!
Breakfast was not so good sausage was grey and tasted like food poisoning was on the way! Eggs were also a bit undesirable it felt like a bad gas station. Just my thoughts sorry if it causes anyone any degree of trouble.
