Not at bad hotel, but definitely need improvements
Pros:

I love the convenience to the highway and to my family. The staff was super friendly and courteous!

Cons:

Although I have stayed here multiple times, I REALLY dislike how thin the bath cloths and towels are. I also do not like how you can hear conversations from the next from via the bathroom vents. I had to keep the bathroom door shut so that they couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t them. And lastly, there is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling above the shower and toilet. I took several pics to show them at the front desk.

Cons:

They had bed bugs the bathroom was not clean. I reported to the front desk. I left a bed bug in the toilet that was crawling on my pillow

Convenient Stay When Needed
Pros:

I love the convenience to everything in Stockbridge and the fact that it was right off the interstate.

Cons:

I DID NOT like that the hotel rooms were dated, smelled like a wet puppy and that the walls were SUPER thin. I could hear EVERYTHING from the next room. I also did not like how thin the towels and washcloths were and the fact that they ran out due to an event that they were having, so we had to get pool towels from the front desk when our grandkids stayed overnight. Also, the room smelled like a wet puppy and the parking was HORRIBLE!

Pros:

Loved this hotel and the manager was awesome. He allowed me to checkout late to accommodate an emergency vehicle repair.

Cons:

I did go down to look at the breakfast buffet. The charge doesn't equal the food they were serving. They were serving what other hotels provide for free...imo

AC was loud in the rooms but it was everything else was good.

Cons:

The cost of breakfast should be clarified online.(explained and more straight forward) I wouldn't have stayed had I known breakfast was not included.
