Horrible
Pros:

Charge for breakfast not indicated at hotel
Desk employees were not attentive to busy talking and eating
The first room they gave us was being painted
The second room had minor damagclevks could care less when it was discussed with
Difficulty connecting to WiFi again was ignored by clerks
Was not aware there was a charge for beakfadt

It was a pretty good experience.
Pros:

They were nice at the front desk. It was a last minute booking to change hotels from our previous horrible one. THe rooms were clean, smelled nice, actually had towels in the bathroom. All in all it was a very good experience.

Cons:

The pool smelled strongly of chlorine, it burned our eyes. And the internet wasn't very good. But it was a decent stay.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Cons:

I am a repeat customer and the management has to be different. There was rat droppings on my bed. Took video to front desk they were nice enough to “refund “ but will not answer email from booking.com to complete.

The bartender was way out of pocket giving us a sheet with her cash app and Zelle to bless her… she was more worried about finding her phone than making sure my order was right. A

It was OK for one night.
Pros:

The facility was nice. We liked the set up and the pool.

Cons:

I didn't like it that one staff member said that she would bring us the towels for the room and the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, but then did not. We had to go and get them after about 90 minutes of waiting. Also, we had to hold the coffee maker closed so that it would work.
