Cons:

Did not like the stains on the carpets in the hall and in the rooms. I did not like the fact that there was no room to sit down to have breakfast and had to bring the breakfast back up to the room. I did not like that I had to call the front desk because people were being loud next-door at midnight.

The most awful experience ever.

Nothing's good about this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel is the worst one I've ever booked. Coming from someone who've stayed at 100+ hotels in 20+ countries.
When my boyfriend stayed there before (not so long ago), the staffs were smoking weed while working, the shower was broken so he had to move rooms (it took about 30mins or more just to move).
And this time, because something unexpected happened so we had to change the dates of our stay, we messaged them to see if it's possible to change the date or to get a bit of refund, but never gotten any reply at all. We had to pay the whole fee for nothing but for a really bad memory. As someone who also work at a hotel, they are the most unprofessional workers ever. Unbelievably unprofessional. Never booking this hotel again.
