Cons:

It seems that the hotel or its employees are unaware of the capabilities of their program and database. Since I was going to add one night (through the Booking app), the request was sent directly to the hotel. However, the hotel referred me to the app and customer support because they couldn't do anything. Basically, they passed the buck to each other, and I had to book one night on Airbnb.
