Very Pleasant Stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent!! The staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was ok, I thought it was going to be closer to downtown. But I loved that there was parking and it was secure.

Cons:

My room had a funky smell to it, but it appeared clean. It probably needs new carpeting.

A very nice stay in Asheville.
Pros:

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Alan Steele. I can honestly say he is the friendliest and best receptionist I have ever come across. And I have travelled extensively both here and abroad. He took time to answer our questions and provide recommendations and directions for us. The facility is very good, clean and, of course, the most comfortable beds. The breakfast provided the usual standards for that meal. I have enjoyed my stay here and would stay here gain if I ever return to Asheville.

Clean, comfortable, well-maintained with good food and coffee in the breakfast area.
Pros:

My wife and I️ stayed here for two nights as part of a short tour of Asheville. We loved the cleanliness and new feel of the hotel. The room, bathroom and bed were clean, comfortable and spacious.

The hot breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, sausage, pancakes and oatmeal. The coffee was the best we have found at a breakfast bar on our 11-day trip across the South. It uses an automated Costa coffee machine which grinds and brews each cup on-demand.

A couple things we would change are that the breakfast eggs can get a bit cold. They should be maintaining a temperature of 140 degrees. Having a microwave oven in the breakfast area to re-heat food would be helpful. Also, the luggage carts are tiny and their triangular design makes them difficult to load much luggage.
