Pros:

The hot breakfast was amazing - so many options. Jo-Jo was very helpful.
The lady who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating of all our questions and extra asks.

Will be back for a personal get away. Was very tidy and the guest services was also exceptional.
Pros:

Would have been great to have a hard boiled egg as an option, as I enjoy breakfast on the go. Was nice to have yogurt on hand and the coffee was good.

Cons:

Hot tub could have been a lot warmer. I didn’t ask about it. May have been a way to up the temperature.

Great value. Super clean and friendly staff. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast room was very clean and the staff, "Georgio or Jo-Jo" was super friendly and helpful, and provided great service. Lobby was very clean. The chilled flavoured water was a nice touch. Breakfast provided plenty of options.

Room air-conditioning was not working properly

Cons:

Heater was not working in the room, we informed the reception, the maintanece found out that they cant fix it. They gave us another room around 9.30pm but it was also cold. We couldn't sleep all night because it was burning hot after midnight.
Our room was in the basement and it took an hour to open the window and to get a normal temparature in the room.

Next day morning we explained everything and asked for refund. But they said they couldnt help us because we booked through booking. Com.

Great Choice, Excellent Pool/Waterslide
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jojo took great care of everything for the breakfast, which was a great, if typical, Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The pool and waterslide were a huge hit with our kids! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good choice for their family.

Well worth checking the hotel out, we plan to stay again when we travel 100%.

The staff was extremely friendly on check in, the room was very clean and the pool with waterslide was fantastic. The morning breakfast during our stay was well worth checking out both days plus it was excellent and top notch .
