Not great.
Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The employees are amazing! The reason for the low rating is because the beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The kids were running up and down the hallways until well after midnight. I think they should have a seperate floor people with kids.

I booked though booking.com for one night stay and paid full amount when I checked in the staff asked me for a deposit $100 and charged right after I checked out tomorrow and questioned the deposit when will refund the some lady said 7-15 days I called the hotel about it the staff her name is Loa gave me a case number said will tikes 7-15 days again I weren’t experienced like that all the places

Pros:

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinton with our three children.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our family. The hotel was also a convenient base for visiting Jasper. Our children especially loved the swimming pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay.

What impressed us most was the kindness and professionalism of the Front Office team. After checking out, we realized that we had accidentally left a bag containing some personal belongings in our room. The staff kept everything safe and responded patiently to our messages.

Since we had already left Hinton and could not return to collect the items, the Front Office team provided clear instructions for arranging a courier pickup and kindly offered to find a suitable box and pack the items for us. Their willingness to help gave our family great peace of mind.

We sincerely appreciate the care, patience, and assistance shown by the entire team. We would gladly recommend this comfortable and family-friendly hotel to Korean travellers and families visiting Hinton or Jasper.

Took advantage of me
Cons:

The hotel overcharged us for the room. He said the rates in booking dot com was American. I told him it was Canadian. But he went ahead and charged me over 500 Canadian dollars a room. I am not happy.

Saubere Unterkunft und gutes Frühstück. Geräumige Familien Suite mit schöner Einrichtung. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Waren etwas überrascht, dass wir im Keller untergebracht wurden, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht hatten.
