Cons:

There are four hotels in Calgary with the same name. I tried 3 of them before getting to my booking. Probably my fault but they were very rude about it at the counter each time

The cleanliness what terrible. There was mould spots all over the roof above the shower and built up dirt in the corners. The towels were not clean.

Pros:

The pool is amazing and a good place to relax before returning from holidays. The breakfast was good, and the room wide and clean, and we could enjoy seeing the ground squirrels from the window. We also requested the transfer service to the airport and it was perfect.

Pros:

Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Suite room with 5 people booked. Only 3 towels. Had to request comforter for pull out couch although room is clearly designed to accommodate more than 4 people. Bathroom showed wear and not particularly clean.

Convenient access to the highways.
Pros:

Great reception service. Decent breakfast. Spacious room. Bright bathroom.

Cons:

No fresh milk in rooms for coffee. Plug in the bathroom doesn't work. Very noisy air conditioner.
