Pros:

The beds are extremely comfortable
It was very clean

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't open for us, time changed so we all headed downstairs and ended up sitting there hungry before heading to airport

Its what I would expect from a cheap motel, not for the price I paid.
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast, but my spouse said it was ok.

Cons:

There was a wet spot on the carpet in the living area. We rented the jacuzzi suite, and got one small towel per person, to use for jacuzzi and shower. Glad we didn't book as a family, as there would not have been enough towels. The bed is one of the worst beds I have slept in, hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money!

Cons:

I was embarrassed that there was no airport shuttle as promised on the website. The taxis took me to three different Holiday Inn Express before I finally got to the right one and I had to pay for the taxi fares.

Would not stay here again on terms of cleanliness and maintenance
Pros:

Only location near the airport

Cons:

- cleanliness was not on par, they did not change the bedsheets despite requests and some pillowcases had stains and were not changed, although they did remake the beds
- there was a strange fishy odour at nighttime one day which suggests the building maintenance was not properly done or needs to be updated
- housekeeping was requested in the daytime while we were out, didn’t happen when we came back in the evening, and the bedsheets were just handed to us when we complained about the dirty sheets
- toilet paper and towels were only provided when asked for and not automatically
- felt that the staff could have been more professional and helpful with these issues rather than just dumping it on us, especially when a hefty price tag was paid

Comfortable, great breakfast choices, pool was a hit for grandkids, nice to have laundry service on

Breakfast was delicious and hours served was fabulous! Pool and slide were terrific!

Cons:

Guest laundry - washer was dirty and dryer lint trap had significant buildup. Ran the washer w soap only for a cycle before I washed my family’s clothing.
