Cons:

Extremely rude and unwelcoming front desk staff member named PAARTH.

Washroom lock from inside was already broken. Informed the front staff manager. He said he can't do anything.

Requested for a cot for my 3 year old daughter (before booking it was mentioned that a cot is available on request). BUT THE front desk manager denied.

Not restful
Pros:

Nice spacious room. Clean.

Cons:

Bed was too soft. Breakfast served on paper plates. Every sound in the hallway sounded like it was in our room. People talking, door slamming, all sounded like they were inside our room.
Shuttle driver made us feel unsafe on way to airport. He could not seem to stay in his own lane and was very jerky on the brake and the gas.

Pros:
