Comfortable beds clean.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Nice bed too.

Cons:

Pillows could be more firm. The breakfast just ok , not very hot. Those are fixable but find walls need to be more soundproof. It sounded like person next door coughing was in my room.The temperature of pool very cold.

Not a pleasant experience!
Pros:

Hotel made no effort to accommodate reasonable requests. I ended up having to reach out to the parent corporation to file a complaint. I was not the only person that had some issues with the staff this particular weekend. I stayed at this hotel numerous times but this is the first time I had any issues that warranted my reaction by contacting their corporate headquarters.

Cons:

Again the staff made no effort to accommodate reasonsble requests that were made MONTHS in advance!
Also the young lady that was at the counter doing the check-ins on Friday was very difficult to understand because of her accent and many people had to ask her to repeat things several times before they could understand what she was saying. This is a management problem that needs to be rectified as you should not have someone greeting guests that cannot communicate with guests.
As I said I escalated my displeasure to the parent company that this hotel chain operates under. At this point I will leave it up to them to deal with the issues.

Good stay after late flight.
Pros:

Easy overnight stay. We arrived at 2 am, after a long travel day. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and we were in our room in 10 mins. Room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is the standard free breakfast. Overall, good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I called the desk to confirm the voucher. I was told yes, just show up. I looked up reviews and they were ,90percent negative including bed bugs, ripped sheets, dirty smell, room being robbed, not a safe location...

Pros:

Everything was fine with our room very comfy bed plenty of towels staff was friendly and helpful if needed breakfast was basic but good .
Was good all around for what we were in Seabrook.
