Room clean. Staff was great. Parking good

24 hour coffee? Nope! Breakfast? Nope they were out of everything and very slow to refill! Signs everywhere say 24 hour coffee but they don’t do it. Pay over $200 a night you expect better!

I am not sure why they would not be on top of their breakfast in the morning, but they seemed to now be refilling the items fast enough. I finally gave up and went to my room. They also have a ridiculous coffee machine that takes way too long.

The breakfst was ftesh snd hot and the parking was very convemient.

The staff checking me in was very friendly. Other than that I went to bed ate some breakfast which was pretty bland and started my trip around Lake Michigan.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Bed was way too firm for my tastes, but otherwise a nice stay.

The night desk attendant was a breath of fresh air. She had a great friendly disposition. The Wi-Fi did not work. Was unable to work from hotel which was the reason for the stay. Reported it to front desk at night and did not get fixed. I reported it again upon checkout and the desk attendant acted as if I was not telling the truth. Her attitude and response to my genuine concern was unacceptable.

Air conditioner was not working very well .

The desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi.
My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.

It was sparkling clean! When I needed anything it was provided. Great little breakfast bar. Everyone very nice/attentive. Would go back!

It smelled like throw up on the carpet by one side of bed. Bath tub wouldn’t drain.

Everything was really nice. A little upset that some stuff was under construction but we I guess just came at a bad time oh well, still a wonderful experience. I will come here again.

Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, easy location.

Our rooms were great! Breakfast is very good and your morning coffee is great! The room was quiet and nice. Staffed by friendly people. There's a nice patio area off the Breakfast room that we enjoyed visiting with our family and friends. There is a pool but we never investigated it.
