Pros:

I like how it is accessible to the shops, near the hospital so it is nice for partners of women giving birth in Antrim Hospital. Staff is easy to talk to, there's a mini gym and it was clean and machine is easy to use(just ask the reception to open it for you). Staff sorted my request of fan. The blacklight curtains did its thing, comfy beds.

Cons:

The noise is easily heard, woke up early am to the alarm and vibration of the alarm itself. Forgot my charging plug so i used the usb charger in the wall but it is a slow charger.

Horrendous
Pros:

Cons:

We could not sleep the entire night due to excessive noise. There was a drunken man shouting abuse and getting into a physical altercation with the police, along with disturbing noises coming from the wall above our room.

The room itself was dusty, and shortly after entering the room, my husband developed sinus issues. This is definitely not a family-friendly hotel, and we had an extremely unpleasant experience.

This turned out to be the worst day of our trip as a family. I was travelling with a child, and we could not have had a more distressing stay. We will never choose to stay with this hotel group again.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Almost everything was on point, didn't encounter any issues. The staff were so amazing. Not forgetting the warm temperatures in the hotel.

Noisy bed head as above. The lamp in the bed head heats up the wood which makes high pitched noise on cooling down. Customers make noise until 1 am.

Opzich prima hotel met verbeterpunten

Ontbijt was prima, personeel goede service

Cons:

We kregen een queensize bed, moesten terug om uiteindelijk twee twins te krijgen. Dit had ik wel geboekt van tevoren.
Bedden slapen niet echt geweldig. Kamers waren ook heel benauwd

Lovely staff, great food and good value for money.
