Very good stay. Would let one bad apple spoil my great experience
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was ideal and great. Facility was clean and tidy.

Cons:

One of the staff at check in (Janet) was awful... poor customer service. Act like she dont want to be bothered. Non-courteous and her tone was instructive. Told me to complete a form and walked away even though I was trying to ask for help or seek clarification.

Average hotel for a one night stay.
Pros:

Convenient to 85.

Cons:

Chafing dishes food not hot. Could hear all walking, stomping, dropping of stuff from the people in the room above us.
Do not agree it should take 7 days to get your $50 security deposit back. It should happen the day you check out.

I was supposed to pay at property but the took payment for two rooms in early morning, the rooms were being paid for separately it caused a source of payment issue

Pros:

My stay at this location was amazing! This is new go-to place when I visit Greensboro. Breakfast options were delicious and the bread was super comfortable. I slept really good during my stay.

Cons:

I didn't use chase lounge due to suspect stain. My suggestion is that cloth-covered furniture should be steamed clean.
