If we ever are in the area again, this facility will be the one we will stay at again.
Pros:

We have tried the Holiday Inn's in the past and we were very disappointed. I checked the reviews on this place and they were pretty good and it was ideal for a break in our trip, so we gave it a try. The place has a nice appeal and the bed and shower were very good.

Pros:

Upon arriving at 5:40pm for a concert in the area that started at 8pm, we were told by front desk staff Oneil, that our rooms were not ready. We had to sit in the lobby for over an hour waiting on a room while others were able to check in to theirs. But because we had Suites, they were not ready. 7pm we finally get a standard room after asking to just give us another room. They wouldn't at first, O'Neil left front desk in a tizzy...it was awful!!! We did not get into the concert until after 9 due to waiting for a room that should have been ready. I booked these months in advance for HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NASTY ROOMS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE..IT IS VERY SKETCHY AND NOT MANAGED WELL!!! Michelle and Neil are the managers i was told, I asked for them but of course they were not available. To be continued!!!! This was unacceptable!!!!!!

Almost no water pressure in 3 floor bathroom. Shower had mold on caulk around tub. One of the towels was folded dirty for use. All around dirty… shame

Thin walls. Extremely noisy people upstairs. Stomping around at 5:30 am . The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful
