Will no be back to that location
Cons:

Staff the check in time was at 3 we got there 4:15 no rooms where ready it was going to be 30 minutes before one would be ready. So we went a got something to eat came back at 5:15 no room where ready. Finally got a room 15 minutes later. After traveling all day no a good experience. Will Never stay at that location Again!!

Cons:

Careful-the pool steps are slippery! Was not greeted by anyone at the desk at check in, instead had to ring bell a couple times to get service.

My wife and I had a very positive experience at Holiday Inn Express/Vernal.
Pros:

The continental breakfasts were excellent. The variety of foods available (at no additional charge) was greater than we've experienced at any other hotel. And all other aspects of our stay there were highly satisfactory.

The description of the room was not accurate. There is no hot tub in the room and it was definitely not soundproof.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We were able to check in a little early which was a great surprise. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and there was plenty of shampoo and conditioner for us to use. We got a doordash order and the front desk called to let us know it had arrived. We were able to have breakfast in the morning before we leave and it had lots of options and as a traveler with children it was a wonderful surprise to find something they can eat.

Cons:

I couldn't find a station to fill outer waterbottles but maybe I just couldn't find it or there wasn't one on the third floor.

Great hotel, but stay in the rooms on the side away from the main street
Pros:

Very clean, excellent coffee, better than most coffee at any hotel, beds were very comfortable and room well supplied.

Cons:

We had a room facing the main street in front of the hotel and the traffic noise was loud enough that we needed earplugs. I would stay in the rooms on the backside of the hotel in the future.

Pros:

The entire town and property are fresh and contemporary. Loved the large bathroom counter and luxurious walk-in shower. This is the only hotel I remember where room temp was where I wanted it, as I arrived!

Mold not what you would expect in a hotel from IHG
Pros:

It had black mold above the shower. Not what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express and for the price being at the top end for the area. It shows not all hotels are run to the same level.
Access was nice and the staff was polite, but it the mold made you feel more like you were in a Super 8.
