Staff and straightforward hotel. Location not welcoming.
Pros:

Pretty straightforward. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Location was very seedy. There were random and seedy people lurking the surrounding of hotel. Would not think about going for a walk if you have a kiddo with you--which we did.

My first impression, facilities were very nice and clean and staff were also exceptionally nice. The room was very nice and clean.

Calm, clean, and peaceful but the outside area of the hotel is not my favorite.
Pros:

Cons:

Parking lot (back one), the closest one to our room was sketchy. Homeless people were roaming around, and I felt uncomfortable. I was traveling for a soccer tournament, and I didn't feel safe letting my son go out on his own.
