The staff is always so friendly! Location is great. Room is comfortable and breakfast is always tasty.
There was a strange smell in the bathroom and a pubic hair on the toilet seat when we checked in.

Días antes de llegar llame a la recepción del hotel y una persona en español me atendió, le dije que quería cambiar mi reservación y lo hizo y me dio el nuevo precio incluso por dos noches. El día que llegamos en la recepción me dijeron que no había ningún cambio, era desde el viernes hasta el lunes, la persona de la recepción me dijo que llamara a booking luego me dijo que ingresara y que me devolverían el dinero de esa noche y cambio mi dia de salida. Finalmente me cobraron tres noches, estoy pidiendo el reembolso y nadie me ha ayudado, llamé al hotel y dijeron que hablarían con la manager y me llamarían, inicié un chat por app de reclamo y no hay respuesta de nadie.
I was able to get a room on short notice. I lost power at home during the recent ice storm in East Texas and needed a place to stay until the power company could restore service to my area. Everyone on the staff here was professional and courteous during my stay.

Carpet was wet and moldy near the air unit
Beds were so comfortable , room was clean and large, loved having a fridge and kierig . It was great getting a text saying to text back if I needed anything. We needed more towels. It was quickly delivered. The breakfast was delish!
Bathroom fan didn’t work and the toilet seat should be replaced. I have no idea why but it looks like the seat was damaged and painted which looks dirty. We loved our stay . We were very happy!
My only issue is that it was difficult to find an employee when we arrived super late for check in (after midnight- as I was driving from out of state)..
Staff were friendly enough, hotel was clean and quiet.
The toilet set was old and nasty leak in the roof, not worth no 200$
I stay at hotels all the time and I have never been charged a cleaning fee. I take the time to pick up our room and it's usually just me and my young kids. I am currently almost 9 months pregnant and my daughter wanted to get a hotel for her 12th birthday so we could just hang out and swim for a day. The place we usually go had pool maintenance so we got a room here in eldorado hills. The pool area had McDonald's all over the ground and never got cleaned up n we were there until 10. The hot tub was like warm and slimy with band aids lying around the floor. When I checked out the next morning I noticed my card was getting charged first 20 then 25 and when I called they told me that we had got paint on the floor. And they were keeping my $50 deposit and charging me 90$ ... I should be lucky because they usually charge a 250 cleaning fee... They took 90 because that's all I had in my account. The money I was going to use to take my daughter shopping the next day. One piece of cake was dropped on the floor so I tried to explain it was just frosting and we had tried to clean it up. They didn't care and kept trying to charge my card over the next week for the rest of the 250$ for a spot of frosting. Outrageous!!! I will never stay here again and I can't believe because we dropped a price of cake that we were getting charged 250 dollars that is actually insane. Don't stay here!!!

Rooms are very clean and great service from check in to check out. Jazzmin was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious me and my kids enjoyed it. The pool is a definite much do while staying at the hotel. Definitely would recommend this to family and friends.

Horrible experience, tried to charge us twice. Called us a liar and had the audacity to call back about the issue. Had to call corporate to get the charges overturned. Manager very unprofessional, and called us liars on the way out. Love the chain, hate this location. Would rather sleep in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!
Breakfast was good
We had a huge roach crawling in our room . When I went to complain I was told no rooms available but I would get a discount . Upon checkout I spoke to the manager who said sorry this is east Texas , it’s cold outside and bugs are coming in , can’t give you a discount .
