My toilet didnt flush and It took maintenance a little bit to get there also the person that came to clean didn’t close our room door all the way

* Location.... convenient to everything - beach, boardwalk, dining, shops etc...
* Front desk staff and housecleaning - kind, friendly, helpful
* Accommodations... beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious & very clean
* Extras... indoor pool, outdoor pool, attached restaurant & game room were all an added bonus
* Cost... pricing was on point and affordable

It was good for a short stay- but could’ve had better amenities and hours.
Pros:

I liked the rooftop pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The $300 fee for under 24 was slightly shocking. There were no towels for the pool. The pool was not heated so way too cold to swim in. Bar was only open on the weekend- which was unfortunate for weekday guests. The restaurant hours were also limited. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay but I think there were a few hidden fees, along with cheap appliances.

Great location and nice staff, but the dirty, broken, and outdated room is not worth another stay.

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Smelled of sour milk but was cleaned up shortly after informing staff. Bathroom was outdated and the drain was clogged the majority of my stay. Also the pull-out sofa bed had blood/period stains. We purchased a blow-up mattress nearby and used that. Everything ran out such as hand soap, conditioner. No hair dryer and when asked the first time we were told they had none, we needed to speak with a manger to get one. TV remote did not work, the ice bucket leaked, and the fridge did not shut. It was one thing after another of having to ask for things. We will not be back.

overall, was a good stay. the things i didn’t like were outweighed by the comfortable room and the hot tub outside, btw

the showers outside for after the beach did not work. also considering how we couldn’t smoke on our balcony’s, the smoking area was terrible and outside completely meaning if it rained there was nowhere dry to sit.
