Over all pretty nice.
Pros:

It was close to the boardwalk, the roof top pool and hot tub was clean and the bar was nice. They have some drinks, chips, pretzels and ice cream. The view of the city, ocean and bay was beautiful. They also provided towels for use of the pool. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were terrible. I am glad I brought my own. We had a side ocean view room and it was a beautiful view.

Cons:

Sofa bed needs to be steam clean or get a new one,, needs a new refrigerator because ours did not work. The freezer was frozen so it didn't cool well and the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Housekeeping came once during our 4 night stay. The parking lot is tight for a truck. Only 2 handicapped spots

Cons:

I dont think price matched quality of hotel. The pools were very small. Only 1 very slow elevator. Rooms were dirty killed possible roach and balcony door did not lock. Hotel room doors do not close with out being pushed on so safety concerns

Everything was great!!
Pros:

Great location and great staff! Parking was good. I was stressed about some of the bad reviews but everything ended up being really good! Rooftop bartender was amazing! She made lots of fun drinks for my 6 year old with gummies! Elevator was fine, there is only 1, but we never waited longer than 3-5 minutes for it. And the steps are not bad at all to walk if you don’t want to wait.

Que por el precio , no le dan desayuno a los clientes y la refrigeradora no nos funcionaba bien y notificamos en recepción dijeron que iban a llegar a chequear y no llegaron

Location was great. Close to Boardwalk and local shops. Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

1st room had a damp, musty smell to it. One night it stormed and there was a bad leak coming in the room, it actually leaked so bad it knocked the air conditioner out due to the electrical outlet getting soaked. We were moved to another room which was fine until we used the air conditioner, the condensation soaked into the carpet, again we had a room with wet floor and musty odor. Staff helped by extracting water from the carpet, but not a good experience overall.

Pros:

L’emplacement l’emplacement l’emplacement…..personnels très gentil et agréable La piscine, le bar et le tourbillon sans parler de la vue nous avons bien apprécié.

Cons:

propreté moyenne et difficile d’avoir les chambres refaites…..j’aime bien quand je me payes une hôtel d’avoir une chambre propre à mon retour.

Great but for two small details...
Pros:

Great location and view from the balcony. Clean rooms and hallways. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop pool - quiet and low-key.

Cons:

Only one elevator to service the entire building. We had to spend a lot of time waiting or take the stairs. Housekeeping did not come by at all in our 4 days to empty the trash or give fresh towels. We had to put our trash in the hallway and look for bags to put in our garbage can. We requested towels at the front desk. Other than this, the place was great.

Pros:

Close to the beach and broad walk.

Cons:

Paid 25$ for premium parking and constantly had to tell the front desk that there’s no spot available because other people staying without a parking pass will park in premium spots.
Room floor was sandy when we arrived. Bedsheets had stains. Bed was never made daily.
Across the street there was a church where a lot of homeless people or addicts hung around.

Pros:

The staff was very kind,polite and helpful with any need we may have had.

Cons:

Didn't like how some of the pool towels were clean but still had yellow stains on them. Mostly it was alot of other little things. Definitely need more then one elevator had to take the stairs most of our stay due to so many people coming and going.
