I wanted to specifically recognize Stephanie (assistant manager) at the front desk at Hilton San Diego Bayfront for her outstanding professionalism and customer service.

I encountered an issue with my reservation prior to check-in, and Stephanie handled the situation with patience, empathy, confidence, and genuine care. She took the time to listen, thoroughly review everything, and ultimately resolve the matter in a way that completely restored my confidence in the hotel.

What impressed me most was her calm demeanor, problem-solving ability, and commitment to making sure guests feel valued and taken care of. Employees like Stephanie truly make a difference and are a tremendous reflection of the Hilton brand.

HORRIBLE BEDS
Pros:

Overall, this was an average stay. We expected better quality though. The room was decent, but the bed was horrible cheap worn out junk mattresses. The Valet parking was pleasant but overpriced. The hotel overall was in good shape. We would look for some other place to stay next time.

Great Location
Pros:

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is in a great position for all amenities. Its a short taxi ride from the airport, easy access to the famous zoo, the Sea Port and the Gas Lamp Quarter.

Great stay on seafront
Pros:

The positive:
-excellent location close to airport and downtown with direct access to see front promenades…the convention center was feet away
-overall modern vibe with gorgeous lobby
-our corner suite was spacious with breathtaking view of marina harbor
We didn’t use parking or gym
Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool
The negative :
- although bathroom was ok I found it small and dated in relationship with our corner suite
-Starbucks in the hotel has inflated prices and do nor recommend using it… better walk 1 mile and go to the one on seafront
