Bien si vas a una convención
Pros:

La ubicación para acudir a una feria. Está justo al lado del centro de convenciones. La habitación y las instalaciones en general.

Cons:

El desayuno. No tienen una cafetería. Hay una especie de mercado en el que pagamos 80$ por 1 café, 3 zumos y 3 sándwiches. Exagerado.

Great location, great beds & an amazing staff!
Pros:

Great location. You can literally get almost anywhere in the Gaslamp within 15 minutes. Tons of dining and activities also within that same 15 minute radius. If you have a trip planned and are looking for things to do the concierge department, more specifically Karin Bergendahl is amazing. She help me put together a four day itinerary for my team and she hit it out of the park! The icing on the cake- the beds are so comfy!

I was there for the experience, and experience is what I received!
Pros:

Hi there, Our room assigned had a beautiful view of the yachts and the gorgeous ocean. The food served at the breakfast location was excellent. I enjoyed the view and the breakfast in particular. The partner with me, enjoyed the amenities which were housed within the same building, including the fruit and protein bar store and the Starbucks coffee. I enjoyed checking out the Gift Shop. The customer service was extremely good and very friendly to us, they provided us with breakfast coupons as that was part of my rate sign up. I didn't have to ask for the coupons. These were given at check in. Very convenient.

Cons:

The shower service in our room, was slightly inconsistent in terms of the heat control. It occasionally got very hot and this caused a scalding burn effect for the room we were housed in, for two people who stayed in the room. Please have engineering take a look and adjust the shower temperatures to moderate temps best suited for all hotel customers.

They charged me an additional $160 on top of my prepaid booking, added a parking fee even though I didn’t have a car, and included other unexplained charges. This was unexpected and disappointing.
Unexpected extra charges for parking, breakfast, and other fees completely ruined my experience.
On top of that, I was charged an extra $100 for breakfast, which was never mentioned when I booked. This was unacceptable and very disappointing.
