Sherwood Residence

This was our family trip to Vietnam, even though our arrival time was of early morning and check in time was of 2.00 pm , our hotel receptionist gave us the room at 9.00 am and upgraded our 2 bedroom suite to 3 bedroom suite, The hotel location was very good and it is on the way from airport to district 2, receptionist is very friendly and supportive , only issue was they didn’t give us extra water bottles at same night , so we had to buy from super market near by hotel. Otherwise everything was well, we will definitely stay again when we will visit to Vietnam.

During my stay at sherwood residence the staff were so generous and accommodating especially danh, ngan, and vy. I would absolutely come back whenever i’m in ho chi minh

I had stayed here in 2019 with my family, because the staff and experience was so lovely I had to come back with friends. The staff were so welcoming and lovely the second time around especially Danh, Ngân and Vy. They were helpful with recommendations and made the trip so much smoother and easier.

Great family hotel choice. So much space in the rooms and the facilities are great for kids.
Breakfast was really nice and the coffee was so good. Staff were so lovely.
Not in the chaos but close enough to walk to everything.

We had a four day stay in this very welcoming hotel. Staff were all charming, the rooms were spacious and clean Bathroom facilities were exactly what was needed.
On arrival we were upgraded from a 2 bed suite to a 3 suite, not necessary but appreciated.
Rooms have excellent aircon and we had a useful kitchen and invaluable access to washer and dryer. Breakfast was excellent and a great way to start our day. A busy city and a tranquil hotel.

We were staying here from Feb 9 to 23. Our unit is on the 6th floor, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining space, a laundry room, a kitchen with a huge refrigerator, a storage area and a balcony overlook the park on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street. The unit has decent space for a group of 4 adults and it just like the apartment home in the US. The Sherwood Residence is within 20 min walking to Tan Dinh market or 30 min to Ben Thanh market. There is also a Co-op market right on the back of SR and a lot of restaurants around SR. Nice place and convenient location. The SR does not have policy to keep luggages for their customers after they checked out unless you check back in at later time. Their shuttle operates on the hour in the morning and every 2 hours in the afternoon, last trip ends at 4pm. Rather than wasting time for the shuttle, take the Grab it is faster and only cost you 4000VND. sSve your time and pay!
During our stay, there were two unexpected problems happened:
1- One evening, all the sudden we lost all the TV channels ( TV screen keep showing No Signal on every channel), we called the front desk to have their tech service come up to fix the problem, we waited until 11 pm and inform the front desk and no one show up, we went to sleep. The next morning, TV still does not work, called the front desk again to let them know and they were sorry for the delay and sent to my room with a hotel complimentary plate of fresh fruits and the tech service people show up later on a day to fix the TV channels problem. Finally most of channels came back but some channels still indicated no signal???
2- Two days before we check out the two A/C in the bedrooms start dripping water to the closet and floor, most of my clean clothes were wetted so I have wash them again. I had called the front desk again and service pleople came and fixed it.
My opinion: The SR management should consider option to keep their customers luggages for limited amount of time in the future. Just to let you know that the Saigon Hilton was willing to keep my luggages in one week even before I check in their hotel.

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint!
The facilities are excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They even surprised my daughter with a cake on her birthday.
We did accidentally leave a camera in the room, but the staff packaged it and sent it to the airport in a grab for us.

A huge thanks to Tri and Vy for the warm welcome! Check-in was a breeze, and I loved being led straight to my spacious three-bedroom residence. Plus, the location is unbeatable—everything you want to see in the city is just a stone's throw away.

Our stay at Sherwoods was one of the best stays in Vietnam. The staff was extremely helpful...not just one of them but all of them. They even had a shuttle service to designated tourist spots and it was so so punctual and consistent. Extremely happy with our stay and service here. To one of the best staff ive come across in Vietnam. Thank you very much for making us feel comfortable in your country.

The rooms are spacious and they provide all the amenities.

This is my second time, anything good for me. I will be back again in 6 months. The location convenient for walking around good not far center Ho Chi Minh City, the staffs nice, friendly. Check in and check out easy quick. The room spacious, clean.

Our family stayed in this full service apartment for 5 nights and I have to say that we are very very pleased with their professional and excellent service.

The staff at this place - from receptionists to doormen, security men and housekeepers - are well trained, always attentive and smile. Especially An, the receptionist, has given us a very warm welcome. She has gone beyond her duty to provide us with everything we requested. She even helped us to book a restaurant for our group of 14 people and followed up with the booking until the last minute! Amazing!. I would 100% stay here again for my next trip.

The location is super, right in the border between Q1 and Q3. I could walk any where to the city center within 20 minutes or so . The hotel could be entered by two entrances and each one is facing one way street. I was staying in the 3 br 2 ba suite facing the city center. It was bright with sun light up until before sunset. Bedrooms were clean, well made and modern. The kitchen was adequate for cooking and the frig was large enough for us to use. The bathrooms were well clean and very large size. I stayed for 2 months from December 2025 to February 2026. I am glad we, my family, found a great place to stay during the trip to VN.

It's a great spot for a family getaway! The customer service is top-notch, too. One of the staff members, An Ngan, really went out of her way to help me with loads of useful info. Definitely made my stay better!

Awesome,  every single detail was taken care of & great location.
We had upgraded to 3 bedrooms serviced apartment. Room was big, spacious & bed was so comfortable. Exceptional staff are so friendly, warming, effectively &  especially thanks to An for her extremely welcome us to Sherwood Residence. We'll definitely come back for our next visit.

The hotel is a little dated, but was kept immaculately clean. The service is exceptional. They make you feel like a VIP. The front desk person, An, with beautiful smile, upgraded our room from 2 beds to 3 beds for the over 2 weeks stay. The 3 beds is huge, bigger than any hotels I’ve been to.
