Clean and spacious apartment, great for groups. Friendly staff and great facilities a plus.

Pros:

Comfortable rooms. Nice location. Good gym - pretty strict rules on the no sandals though, there’s always a guy working there who will ask for room number and check attire.

Cons:

No smoking on the balcony was unexpected.

Un peu déçus
Pros:

La propreté la taille de l'appartement la gentillesse du personnel de ménage le portier le personnel pour les bagages. Avoir pu réorganiser la même sortie en passant par la réception en amont du voyage

Cons:

Les modifications des règles de séjour notamment l'interdiction de fumer sur les balcons qui était nouvelle et la fermeture de la piscine de l'hôtel. Nous pouvions accéder a la piscine de lhotel adjacent. Le fait que nous soyons informes a l'arrivée sans aucun geste commercial ni excuse de la part de la réception.

Great place to stay in Saigon.
Pros:

Three bedroom apartment was perfect for couple and 2 grown up kids. Large living space, kitchen, laundry room, luggage room, 2 bathrooms. The convenience of a fully fitted apartment with hotel facilities. Definitely stay here if you planning to stay a few days especially. Great air con, good food, nice people, great value. Supermarket across from back entrance very handy.

Great staff, great venue, I would recommend to all of our friends.
Pros:

"All of the staff spoke excellent English, which was a huge comfort for me as someone who isn't a frequent traveller.

The front reception team were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions or requests.
The restaurant food was great, with plenty of enjoyable options throughout my stay.

The location was also very convenient, and getting around using Grab was incredibly affordable and easy."

Cons:

Only the Wi-Fi, as I was also working whilst away, however, the tech guy did come and fix it.
It would be good if you could change money like other hotels do.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated that the staff accommodated our request for an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which made our arrival much more convenient.

The facilities were well-maintained and in excellent condition throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a superb selection of delicious food and catered to a variety of tastes.

Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
