It was a good location easily access to the bridge
I believe the hotel was being remodeled on the second floor so the hallways were not painted and after checking in they made me go back outside to my car and put a tag in my car showing I was a guest
El desayuno es muy sabroso, pero lo especial es el personal de hotel, súper amables y serviciales.
La alberca estába un poco sucia, no la pude disfrutar.

Very clean very well lit and very secured
That there was no parking in the front of the hotel. Everything was on the side of the back, not enough handicap spaces. Also, there needs to be more vending machines due to the convenience store that’s in the hotel closes really early
The size of the room was great! Having an indoor and outdoor pools was the best.
The room was not exactly clean. An old water bottle and dried candies were found. The bathroom floor was dirty. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

I loved everything to be honest, location was great, we could walk to the consulate, we walked to the mall, we walked to restaurants. It was very family friendly, we met other families at the pool. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

La atención en recepción excelente, muy gentiles y atentas. El desayuno en Buffet muy rico y el trato muy gentil también. Me gustó mucho y lo recomiendo.
El check out era a las 12 y antes de las 10 pasaron a mi habitación, yo estaba en el sanitario y aunque tocaron y no pude abrir, abrieron la habitación, lo cual no me incomodó, ya que mi salida estaba programada hasta las 12, no sé si sea correcto, pero mi tiempo de salir aun estaba lejano.
