Absolutely, nothing worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life
It’s filthy dirty beyond filthy dirty old Fred furniture for carpets dirty sink dirty bathtub dirty elevators, dead bugs everywhere elevators don’t work emergency panic button on the one elevator that does work is missing. This place is a fire hazard a death trap and absolutely disgustingly dirty I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
I also booked a King suite with a pullout bed that had no extra blankets pillows or bedding at all for My Son suggested I share a bed with a 16-year-old said sorry we don’t keep extra blankets. What’s the purpose of a king suite then with a pull out, we spent the night in the car we’ll be seeking a full refund. This place should’ve been condemned. It’s a pollen that Hilton would even have their name on this location.

Staff was very helpful! We were driving cross country and are driving at truck towing our car and they were so helpful with telling us where to park. Breakfast was actually exceptionally good!

Easy to get around
In the shower, difficult to get soap out of dispenser because nozzle not long enough.
Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Check in was fast and easy. We are late sleepers so we like the 12:00 check out time.
Would rate higher, but the vinyl was peeling off the chair at the table. there were no glasses in the room except in the dishwasher, and we didn't know if they were clean or dirty.

Clean hotel with very clean rooms, located right off I-40. The front desk staff was great - they even called to check on us since we were arriving late, which was a really nice and unexpected touch. The front doors are locked overnight and staff lets you in, which made the hotel feel safer. It’s also just down the street from an emergency room, which was reassuring.
The room was bigger than expected and had a full kitchen with a large fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and plenty of utensils, plus a separate living area. The shower also had great water pressure.
Overall a great stay with none of the usual gross corners and ‘landlord special’ repairs anywhere. Breakfast was the best we’d had in several hotels so far. Thanks!

I was not able to use my AAA discount, desk guy said it was because I booked thru Booking.com. I won’t use their site again.
Also why is smoking still allowed in a hotel, you can smell it walking down the corridor.
The breakfast is never that great, but that's not why we stay there. It is a sufficient breakfast. We like being on the first floor and the room smelt like cinnamon. It was a great room and great location.
