The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable. Kathy is fabulous she took our reservation over the phone and made sure paperwork was taken care of before she left for the day. We love KATHY. Aqua Soleil is our go to in the desert. 👍🏾🙌🏾👌🏾
The door 224 needs a new lock.
Great pools, clean room, nice staff!
The bed was super cozy and the whole place was just relaxing quiet and beautiful
This hotel was a wonderful surprise and experience. Traveling from WA state we didn't know what to expect. The rooms are simple yet very clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. There mineral pool and hot tub were so perfect. We stayed here to visit Joshua Tree National Park. We would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff
Property not as clean as I’d hoped for. Location is not ideal if you’re looking to be close to JTNP.
We had high hopes for this place but i should have known $99 was too good to be true.
When we arrived, we were given keys to a room only to walk in on a couple having sex. We went back to the front desk and they offered to "upgrade" us which turned out to be damn near the exact same room. The difference was this room had some James Dean photos on the wall and a microwave. We were tired and ubered to the hotel so decided to put it behind us and move on.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but in retrospect, the cleanliness is suspect at best.
As we slept, the air conditioning unit would cycle on and off again which would normally be fine. However, this one sounds like a jet engine every time it turns on. It woke us up every hour. This was in the middle of a 100+ degree heatwave so AC was a must.
This morning as I was putting my shoes on, I discovered a cockroach lurking near the baseboard. I quickly smashed it and packed our things. We demanded a full refund and immediately took an uber to Palm Springs. We will never come back.
Environment was peaceful and beautiful
Cable needs to be installed
Very disappointed in this hotel. With what they charge I expected better standards. We paid for an upgraded room. We received a room with a painted concrete floor, plastic furniture and to top it off roaches. After killing the biggest roach I have ever seen- we called the front desk to please come and get it so we could also speak to them. It took quite a while for them to even come to find out they wouldn’t let us change rooms but we could absolutely speak to a manager the next day while she was onsite.
The next morning the manager informed us she was still onsite while the incident took place (but didn’t even bother to try to come and speak with us) offered us a 15% discount because of the roaches and when I asked why we paid for an upgraded room but received that one she blamed Expedia and stated they aren’t truthful with their media and representation of their hotels.
Do not stay here- there are other hotels where you can get a goodnight sleep without worrying about bugs crawling on you.
This place had been totally remodeled and with excellence in mind. I got a request for feedback every day we stayed. The mineral springs were lovely and healing. All but two staff members were personable, thoughtful and accommodating. The resort charged less than other hot springs resorts in town even though it was their equal. Rooms, internet, and tv were very nice and top notch.
Two staff members refused to put a replacement chair in our room when guests were coming, which we'd asked for because the easy chair int he room was pretty but broken down. They used every excuse possible to not accommodate. Later in the day I went to the front desk and a different desk clerk was there. She had the replacement chair in our room almost immediately. If you have problems like this ask for the customer service manager.
The location was convenient for visiting family that lives nearby.
The photo’s overhype the property. We reserved a double “premium room.” This room was located in the front looking out to a busy street that was loud. Our room lacked numerous amenities including a proper closet and kitchen area. The room was clean however the carpet showed wear and had spots in several areas. There was also a nail in the flooring sticking up we kept stubbing our toe on. We had to have maintenance come to fix it. The shower was a safety hazard. The tile was very slick causing my 10 year old to slip and fall. Luckily she was not injured. The grout in the shower needed to be repaired as it was falling apart leaving residue after we showered a few times. The bathroom hairdryer was broken. We were given another portable hair dryer, but the broken one was still left in our room attached to the wall. The mineral pool smelled more of chorine than being a mineral pool.
It’s quiet and peaceful !
Having to constantly go all the way thru the lobby when there are side doors that are locked.

Coffee is bad
First, we had stayed at this hot springs resort some years back and outside of the pool the place was a bit shabby. It has been beautified with lovely landscaping, remodeled rooms done exceptionally well. Staff is friendly and immediate to service. Rooms are impeccably cleaned and rooms are resupplied with everything one could want. I booked because rates were lower than other hot springs resorts in the area and yet this place is the same quality minus not having an extremely overpriced eating facility like the other hot springs resorts. This was a steal of a deal. Everything is quality, and the hot springs are a lovely healing addition.
The shower floor is made of slick tile which is slippery when wet.
Nice clean and quiet
