Holiday Inn & Suites Green Bay Stadium by IHG

This is one of the worst holiday inn’s ever …. Staff is rude no early check in ( I’m a diamond elite member) no late check out …. Riff raff hanging out around the building the back door isn’t locked or the side door no room key needed to get in …. Tv didn’t work shower head sprayed everywhere but forward ….. would never stay at this place again even if it’s the only hotel in GB …… take my advice and stay away

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's been okay, pretty typical Holiday Inn stuff, although they've mis-billed my prepaid room twice, causing me problems with my company travel office.

This time things were worse. See photos below. Evidently somebody had started servicing the room for something and never finished the job. Every door and drawer was open, the bathroom light and fan were on, and the tub appeared stained (later I determined it is likely just corroded, but still, it's a bad look). Since it was already 9:30 at night and I had to get up at 3:30AM for a flight I decided to just get some sleep instead of dealing with the one person at the front desk. There were no managers anywhere, apparently.

This lack of attention to detail regarding room condition, and complete absence of management leadership and follow up, seems to be a trait of IHG/Holiday Inn properties . I've stayed in multiple IHG facilities over the last three years, and although some are pleasant enough, every one has had flaws in basic service and cleanliness. It seems this has become a "don't give a crap" chain led by "don't give a crap" management.

There's a nice, new Delta by Marriott right across the street from this hotel in Green Bay. I think I'll give them a try next trip.

The bed was comfortable and clean, overall.

i stayed in two rooms in january 16 put down the 50 dollar deposit for both and now it is february and still have not received either deposits back i check and called if anything was wrong with the room in order for them to not give it back to me, and i called at least six times to get my money back they told me it might be an issue with the bank so i called my bank and they said the hotel did not deposit that money back and it still says pending on my account every time i called i asked for the general manager she or he was not there and they said they’ll take my phone number and call me which they never did and still haven’t received anything in my account, why stay at a hotel that keeps your deposit and lies to you saying it was my banks fault when i called the bank they would not hold anything on my account i will definitely never come back to this hotel again and most of the things in the room are either broken or dirty i work at a hotel and nor should it take this long for that deposit or be that dirty when we arrived didn’t even look like the beds for even done correctly. I repeat do not stay here if you want to deposit to never come back to you even if you did nothing wrong.

Good buffet breakfast. Clean room.

The location is near good restaurants.

Staff went out of their way to help. We were allowed to check in hours early. That made things much easier!

Convenient to Green Bay Packers. Downstairs staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
