Can use some attention to the obviously disgusting carpets in the room

Stains everywhere dirty carpets and stained sofa in the room. Also stained carpets in the breakfast area by the lobby.

Reasonable, comfortable accomodations just minutes from downtown.
Pros:

Location is convenient. Hotel has been updated. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn't have breakfast. Staff members were welcoming, professional, and helpful--particularly at the front desk.

Cons:

Only thing that would be great would be a small market with snacks, etc. Hotel does have a drink and snack machine off the lobby, and a fresh ice water urn near the desk.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Someone kept the back stairwell door open, and anyone could enter without an access card, which defeats the purpose of having one. The other guests seemed very questionable, and I didn’t feel as safe as I wanted to, which affected my sleep.

Pros:

The room was filthy it smelt like body order. The window blind was torn. There was a dirty dry face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. The elevator smell like a gym locker and the room decor is very dated. The mattress feels like concrete. There are not any extra blankets in the room. This hotel is disgusting.

If it was clean and more comfortable bedding.
