Great staff comfortable room
Pros:

The staff is great. They were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We got on the road early and I left something in the room. I messaged the hotel and they said they would hold it until we pass back through.

Cons:

The carpet had some stains from someone who had stayed before. The bathtub was also stained. The room was very clean it just had some age.

Decent place to rest your head after you explore historic Chestertown.
Pros:

The breakfast included is a decent continental breakfast. The hotel is in a nice location to walk to the historic district to shop and eat.

Cons:

Our one complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was just lackluster. It was hot but I felt so cold with the lack of pressure.

Over all a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was a good location. Close to downtown Chestertown and a short drive to Rock Hall. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was a little awkward. You had to park out back and then walk almost to the lobby to get the elevator. The breakfast was just ok.

Pros:

The rooms were large.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work. It was so hot and humid. I told the front desk and asked to switch rooms but they said “the AC shuts off if you aren’t moving around, it’s motion sensored”. It never cooled off. Once we fell asleep it got hotter and hotter. I kept having to get up and mess with thermostat and it would kick on for a minute then shut off. I told front desk about it and they didn’t seem like they could do anything about it. Didn’t even offer to give us some money back. While we were eating breakfast, someone got stuck in the elevator then the elevator was shut down. The beds were really hard too.
