Pros:

How nice all of the staff was

Cons:

The room was extremely cold, I understand that it’s very hot outside but I felt like the drastic change in temperature would lead to a cold.

Good stay for your money
Pros:

Breakfast was good both mornings, the room and hotel in general were clean and the staff was nice.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

Cons:

We had a few strange interactions checking in. There was a mix up with front desk staff and our room booked...it was corrected, but very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff twice that late. There was a young man gaming in the business center area on the PC and was yelling...then there were girls in Santa suit tops and g strings yelling and running around the parking lot. The vibes were definitely off....

Eigentlich schönes Hotel mit eigentlich freundlichem Personal aber es wird sich um die Anlage nicht gekümmert. Der smokers outpost war verstopft und wurde in 3 Wochen nicht gerichtet.
Weiterhin wurde vor einem halben Jahr angemahnt das im gym der crosser defekt wäre. Das ist immer noch so. Die fussplatten sind defekt und es ist gefährlich damit zu trainieren.
Um nur einige Dinge zu nennen die nicht gut sind. Aber das schlechteste war am Freitag als wir unser Zimmer für den ganzen Tag verließen und unsere Sachen im Zimmer waren. Der Zimmerservice ließ die Tür offen stehen. Das konnte man daran erkennen das der schliessriegel herausgeschoben war und somit die Tür nicht ins Schloss fallen konnte.
Das ist in den ganzen Jahrzehnten noch nie passiert. Zum Glück scheint es so als ob nichts von unseren Sachen gestohlen worden wäre. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Sorry aber hier kommen wir nicht mehr hin.

Great place to stay !! Comfortable beds and very clean
Pros:

It was nice and clean !! The pool was open 24hrs a day which was amazing !! We didn’t have to worry about rushing back so kids could swim !! Wish all the hotels would do this !!

Holiday Inn Express lives up to its reputation. Great value, consistent, no surprises, and great cinnamon rolls. Note this one is next to the highway so expect traffic noise.

Someone pulled the top floor buttons out of the elevator you had to use the stairs and carry everything down and up they couldn’t get it fixed and it only had the one single elevator.
