Lovely stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked. We had a nice stay.

Amazing Night Stay on my USA roadtrip in Sept 25
Pros:

Everything was perfect.......I arrived last minute as I was on a USA roadtrip & having spent 10 nights in a tentbox needed some comfort.

The staff were amazing, so friendly & welcoming, free coffee on reception, fantastic super large suite for such a great value.
In fact you wouldn't get that service or standard in the UK where I live & I sometimes use Holiday Inns here in the UK.

The diner(Perkins) connected to the hotel was fabulous & food was amazing, with great staff.

Overall I cannot fault the place or the people & from a travelling UK guy I thank you all.

Cons:

If I had to say 1 thing....It seems to be a Holiday Inn thing in that some of the rooms could do with modernisation given that the dark wood effect & baths for me are out of touch.

Very minor observation seeing as UK Holiday Inns also go for that look.

Great family lodgings.
Pros:

The pool for the grandkids, right next to the exercise room for grandpa and me, was fantastic. Also love that this hotel is attached to a Perkins restaurant, making meals so convenient.
