Excellent and exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for people passing through.
Pros:

Hotel immaculate. Spacious and super clean room. Good location. Very friendly staff. The best pet-friendly room I have ever stayed at in a decade of traveling with dogs.

Cons:

Honestly, I could not have been more pleased. No complaint whatsoever.

Our stay was short and sweet, and we got our room for a great priced
Pros:

It was very clean and looked pretty new. There was a restaurant attached and our stay came with free hot breakfast. My son and I also had fun in the pool. This is our 4th stay at an IHG hotel and we’ve enjoyed them all.

Cons:

I wish they had rooms that guests can access from outside rather than having to go through the lobby to reach your room, and it was kinda hard to bring all our luggage to the 3rd floor, far from the elevator (but that was my fault for not requesting the 1st floor.

Pros:

Restaurant Perkins ist im Hotelgebäude integriert, das macht es einfach für eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Verpflegung, wenn man nicht noch in der Stadt das Passende finden muss.

So frustrating when devices in your room don’t work well. Otherwise, a good stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean.
Carpet appeared new and that was nice. Location was perfection

Cons:

The microwave barely worked. The TV was difficult to operate.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, sort of.

Cons:

It is dirty, especially the floors. Had to move rooms because the sink was leaking and the second room the toilet flusher would stick and the toilet rocked. Breakfast is not included in the price like booking says and Perkins restaurant was just ok.

Staff, location and facilites were perfect for us
Pros:

Would highly recommend just one thing to note, the breakfast is operated by an ajoining restaurant and is delicious but chargeable as it is not owned by the hotel, so while booking.com shows breakfast included it is an additional cost

Don't stay here!
Pros:

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone. The bathtub needed new caulk since it was molding but everything else seemed fine......UNTIL I pulled the sheets back to find what seemed to be blood on both top and bottom sheets. Since they were in the same area it was obvious the bed was made without changing the sheets. I was disgusted. The front desk clerk seemed horrified as well. She switched our rooms but we had already started getting ready for bed and had to repack and unpack again. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel!

Did not like that the front desk lady was gone for 10-15 min. Waited to check in for 10 min before she came. 2 other people also waited to check in.
