Pros:

I did not have any experience before with any IHG or Holiday Inn Express which like this property. All the days in my stay there are no air-conditional in the room and hotel need to provide me a fan for it. Paying for air-corn room but end up need to open fan in a room.

Suitable for bussiness trip. There is self service laundry (wash & dry for rmb 30). The buffet breakfast has not many choices. The place is quite & there is a big shopping mall within 1 km. The room is old but clean

合肥南駅からは遠い

グーグルマップで見ると合肥南駅から歩いて行けそうだったので試してみたが、途中であきらめ、駅まで戻ってタクシーを使った。15元ほどだった

Pros:

合肥 奥体中心のコンサートは歩いて五分の便利さで、行き帰りのタクシーも安くおすすめです。ホテル周辺には食べ物屋も豊富で非常に便利な立地です。

晚上近10點入住，雖然是無煙房，但是三手煙味依然很重，只怪之前房客缺乏公德心。天花板修理孔洞柵欄垂下來，也鎖不上。真害怕打到頭，冷氣不夠冷，晚上也沒夜燈。早餐服務態度還不錯，菜色也Ok。早上6:30退房時，櫃檯人員明顯訓練不足，對刷外卡退房流程完全不清楚，還怪我的卡有問題，直到其他櫃檯人員上班才知道一切都沒問題，耽誤我半個鐘頭。

Pros:

When I booked the room; I booked it for 3 people; we only got 2 single beds so it was a little crowded sleeping. Would have preferred bigger beds.

But staffs are not good in English.. and the hotel is far from the downtown and not so many stores around... Except that I'm very satisfied..

first night I stayed everything went very smoothly; the staff had a person whose English was very good and I had no problem with my prepaid visa booking; however on my second stay, two days later, I arrived and had a lot of trouble explaining that I had already paid so I haven't checked on line to see if I have been overbilled;will do so later. The room was very clean and had a lot of help reaching different destinations; the coffee, however was bad in the breakfast restaurant; the instant provided in the room was better. It had bedroom internet hookup and a computer was available in the business room. All in all, a good experience.
