Hotel was OK, but we had 2 hours of loud noise from the room above ours the second night of our stay. We called down to the front desk but they were unable/unwilling to address the issue.
It was nice.
Outdated facility. Room was dark even with all the lights on. Did not feel clean. We will not go there again.
Nice hotel. Bathrooms need to be updated. It was clean but looked grungy.
The hotel needs some maintenance. The toilet ran, the tub drained very slowly and there is mold in the bathroom. The fitted mattress cover and sheet didn't fit the king bed and kept coming off. The breakfast was excellent.
The room, view and staff were great! The pool was filthy and we could not swim in it, one of the main reasons for selecting this location! Attention needs to be paid to the pool, hot tub and dry sauna.
The room was beautiful with a great view. It was very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was clean and there was plenty of hot water. I have to say I found the fake fireplace tacky, though. Also, for the price of the room, I would expect better toilet paper and kleenex--it was the worst I've ever had to use.
The hot tub is amazing but the water pressure on the fifth floor was not too good other than that everything was good especially the limo driver take you where ever you want to go within reason thanks again will come again
The staff were super nice and this hotel is in a beautiful area! The pool was very clean and the hot tub was nice. We definitely recommend this hotel.
We found the staff a bit 'stiff' but helpful...the double-room suite was very comfortable, the view of the country was great

We had a suite on the fourth floor. If possible, when staying there, ask for a room over the 'valley'. The breakfast was ok. The room was very nice and had the amenities that we expected and more, even a laundry basket in the bathroom!

The hotel is totally dated.
It’s starts from the point you walk in, from the lobby to the elevator to the room, everything is dates, staff was nice, breakfast was decent but for the price we paid for one night for single bed which was over 300$ is absolutely not worth it.
We were upgraded to a suite which was unexpected. Great views of the lake and valley
I’ve always stayed here in the winter time for skiing, this was a first for me staying when there’s no snow on the ground. Such a gorgeous valley view from the room :). Absolutely love it! No need to change a thing
